They arrived when they said they would (I'm very big on punctuality) , were very thorough with their work, knowledgeable , and professional. Joe was very understanding and took his time when explaining the process and answered every question I had (despite me asking numerous questions over and over). He was very honest and I do not feel as though he talked me into doing extra things that were not needed / made me spend extra money for no reason (unlike a lot of other companies out there). INSANE pricing from a plumber to do any work, this was professional, courteous and they even cleaned up the mess after clearing the obstruction in the drain line. I didn't respond because I wasn't looking for a referral, I was looking to talk to a plumber. When I passed on the job, he had the nerve to write me back telling me that it cost him money to submit that "bid" and that I wasted his time and money. I responded explaining that he didn't submit a quote, but a referral, and that he isn't going to win every bid he submits, but berating potential customers is certainly not the way to get future business. At which point he responded back saying I was a joke... This is certainly not the type of professional that I would want working on my house.

We had a slow water leak inside a laundry room wall. The plumbers were very quick to come out,…read morediagnose, and fix the issue. Then they recommended their restoration division who also came out the same day to give a quote. Within a couple of days they came out and did the mold mitigation and seemed to do a great job. That's where the good service ends. Every step of the restoration portion took weeks with almost no communication. A month later the drywall was fixed a little sloppy but acceptable. Then we were supposedly waiting on flooring. Another month goes by and they realize they never even ordered it and now its discontinued. They come back out and we pick a new flooring. Another month later the flooring is installed. Now all that's left is some caulk, paint, and a little trim work. After repeated calls/emails/texts, Jason will not call back. Left a message with the company President Brady Jolly who also never bothered to call back. Almost 5 months later I am now finishing this job myself. TL;DR: AVOID. They absolutely do not care about you or care to finish a job as promised. The worst customer service I've ever encountered.
