The glass fronted window is filled with housing advertisments showing the properties for sale or rent in the local area. I have seen the Bedlington and Bedlington Station area covered mostly although they do cover properties outside of this area. There is one central front door which has a tiny step into the building. Wheelchair users or those with prams may need help to enter. Inside the interiors are clean and the office has a business-like air to it. There are a couple of manned desks where you can sit with staff to discuss your requirements. The staff members here are very skilled and friendly, going out of their way to assist you. Parking is available either on th front street in designated bays or in the free car park behind the large Tesco store.

Since then the business has quite intelligently become a seperate building neighbouring the old partnership shops. The firm also has connections with the local Ashington branch, with that branch being the headquarters of the company. The shop front has a glass window where there are details of houses available to rent or buy in the local area. All manner of houses (price wise) are represented. Insde the shop there is a desk at the back of a spacy room where staff members can chat with you about your requirements. The staff are very helpful but will often be a bit casual with you. I have found that it is sometimes difficult to get an appointment immediately or to contact the manager directly though. A competent firm, one of a few estate agents in Bedlington. Compared to the others you get a less personal and professional experience from the staff.

Shop nicely laid out and a great website for company to view all houses available through them. From my experience a better service then competition in the town. Houses same to be price well by this company both not undervalued but especially not overvalued to look like getting discount if put in lower offer as per some others. Rook Matthews Sayer now have offices all over the north east and their website offers a search for all of their locations.
