I've used A Royal Flush twice and both times we had new, high end portable bathroom trailer. The gentleman who delivered was nice, professional and explained exactly what we needed to do. Listen to Lori!! Do not use this company, bathrooms delivered dirty, toilets were nasty, door latches broken, toilet paper wet, levelers broken. And the owner hides behind his secretary and will not take responsibility for his old equipment that he tries to bring to your event for top dollar. Do not use this business. I rented a flushable port a potty with a sink for hand washing for an outdoor wedding reception on a Saturday evening. While it was delivered on time, it was delivered dirty, and not working properly. I did ask the delivery guy if he could spray it out with water to clean it and he did, however It was supposed to be flushable (the main reason I rented it) and the guy that delivered it told me it was full of water "ready to go"....once I discovered that it would not work, I began calling them over and over with no answer and no call back. Now I have 80 guest with no place to go to the restroom and no one will return my call. 2 hours into the reception, we finally determined that it in fact did "not" have water in it. With no way to get water to it because it is outdoor and we had no water source, we had to haul individual buckets of water to fill it up. Once it was full, it had a leak in the drain plug and the floor stayed wet and nasty. I was so frustrated for paying over $300 for a one night rental. When someone from A Royal Flush did call me back.... 2 days later, he accused me of lying saying that he in fact knew that it did have water in it before it left the lot because he "checked it himself", but then went on to say that the delivery guy was supposed to fill it up with the tank on the truck. (I guess we just wanted to haul water to it) He then told me that they do not work on Saturdays and said "do you work on Saturday's??".....The Customer Service is terrible and they do not care about ruining what could have been a beautiful wedding reception....This was a 3rd party rental as I went through Arwood Waste for the actual rental and Arwood was just as bad as A Royal Flush! I would NEVER use this place, or Arwood Waste again and I will continue to let everyone I know to not use either of them. Lori Castle read more

A Royal Flush was our choice to provide clean portable restrooms during the recent walkout at the Capitol. They were dependable, responsible and easy to work with. Restrooms were set up on time and well-maintained and cleaned throughout the nine days. Based on our experience I would highly recommend A Royal Flush. read more
