Told me These were 1.00 tdw l1 l2 diamonds. looked nice in the dark very good light trick. I asked one sort of looks yellow he said they are beautiful real diamonds.Bought them brought them home and noticed one has 2 huge black carbon dots inside meaning the quality is much lower aswell as second diamond is yellow with brown inside dots. Weakend lowest quality diamond i brought them to 3 jewellers in town i know and they measured them as .34 carot each diamond for the pair equalling .68 carot TDW not 1.00 TDW aswell as the quality 1250 was his asking price he said for 800 good deal but these are worth nothing period so he basically stole 800 dollars. I asked him to make things right respectfully as a customer. He offered store credit and then blocked me on facebook and said to stop messaging him.

I wanted 5 minutes of the salesman's time to quickly assess a rocking chair i packed into the trunk of my car. I want to put it on kijiji and don't want to ask too little. The shop includes a large basement, filled will carpets, bed frames, furniture and is somewhat of a maze, as the basement is made of up multiple rooms. Most items are affordable, as this is not an upmarket shop, but one that caters to the casual antique store browser. Given the lack of antique shops in Ottawa, A Fine Things Antiques is a welcome addition to the local antiques retail scene.

There are only a couple good vendors left, and the mall feels deserted. As a shopper there, I have experienced allergies due to dust and actual mold on furniture! No dogs allowed here even though the owners keep their dog there. The lady turned away a girl with a small dog who wanted to browse and said it was too hot to leave dog outside. The owner actually says she hates when kids come in. Been shopping here since 2005 and there is nothing more here. Come well before closing as owners pack up mall and usually close early.

Here are a few key points... 1. Some of the dealers are actually in their booths on weekends, which makes it nice when you have questions or are wanting to make an offer. 2. The business does not face the street, but faces a small private lot on Bank St. I did not see it at first, but it was there. 3. There are more small items here. You will find furniture, but definitely more in the way of books, art, jewelry, etc. I noticed an over abundance of dishes and crystal decanters. 4. They have a staffed information booth at the front which doubles as both shoplifting patrol and actual information source. 5. You can probably breeze through here in 30 minutes. It is not huge, but big enough to make it worth a stop.
