Stay away from this place, it is run by greedy owners who do not keep up with the maintence of their machines. Two years ago, we rented an excavator and hammer, the tip on the hammer was very short and worn out so it would not break the rock. We called to complaint a few times about the excavator and hammer being too old and not working efficiently. On a Friday, we left a voicemail asking them to pick up their machines because we the excavator kept shutting down, we only used it for one hour. They did not pick up their machines until Monday, charged us $1500 for two days. After two years, they keep billing my husbands company for a made up balance of $717 plus montly "finance charges" of 10.76 per month. read more

Do not do business with this place. He rented us a lift for 1000 it broke down daily for 40 minutes every few hours every day of the one week rental. His mechanic offered to service it but said he might have to take it back to do so. My husband is an RN who only had one week vacation to do this work so not having the equipment for part of the week was not an option. We lost about one day to down time in the one week rental. The owner refused to give us an extra day or a refund saying we refused service. Never again will we use them. When we rented the equipment for the week we had the right to expect it would be in running condition for the whole rental period. read more

I agree with the other reviewer. They rented a Sinclair floor rip up machine to me for $300, plus $20 per blade. There was no chuck to change the blades, i had to buy one. The machine was supposed to have five bolts to hold the blade in, it had two. Blade kept slipping out, rendering the machine useless. When I brought it back and mentioned the issues, the woman behind the counter got extreme snotty.. "We have never had a complaint about that machine. You must have been using it wrong." Stay away from these crooks!!! Nancy and Joe are the worse!!! They tell you one thing then they put other charges on your bill that were not discussed. Worst place to deal with,,equipment old and beat up and doesn't ever work 100%, hidden charges on your bill, charge for hours the machine was not used.
