I recommend using the architect he normally works with to make sure the permit and inspection process go smoothly. You do need to find someone else to lay the decking part, unless you are going with an all-metal deck. We are thrilled with how it came out. He can't use it and I can't even get hold of anyone from the organization to refund (or give an explanation--did they go broke and steal my money? I have no idea).
