Lately, I just come to buy balloons because they are reasonably priced and they can blow up the bouquet of balloons in under 30 minutes. They don't put the balloons in the large bags for easy transporting anymore so it's a bit challenging try to put them in the back seat or car trunk. The latex balloons stay afloat for about 3 hours and they don't get foggy. Overall, I've always been happy with their products.

The prices are reasonable too! Eric the owner was very friendly and helpful. He showed me different types of cellophane bags for my cookies. He recommended that I buy the lip and tape bags to keep my cookies fresh longer. I bought a pack of 100 lip and tape bags as well as other cellophane bags for other purposes. There's no stairs so be prepare to walk down the ramp and it'll be on your left facing Kapiolani Boulevard street. I didn't see any signs either except for the one by the door which isn't that big. The store is huge with a variety of costumes to choose from. Everything is pricey so either you pay for your costumes for convenience or come up with your creative design it yourself (DIY). Also, no returns are allowed after 10/22/24. There was only 1 staff I found on the floor to help me find the angel wings. She pointed on the back direction which is not hard to find. It's all I needed to buy. When I got to the line, there were 3 staffs on the counter chitchatting. I don't know if you need that many people on the counter. Oh, I was the only one in line ;). It's like shopping at a secret club as there's no sign other than the obvious painted red gummy bear (thankful for the return of the original btw) and with a few parking stall right up front it's a great place to shop for goodies of all kinds here. No special entrance for all right through the warehouse with the owner working hard gathering items for orders I believe you see just shelves and shelves filled with snacks and candies of all kinds. Choices overload I kept reminding myself hmmm lol! Totally a warehouse setting as this is a business there aren't any prices of course so I didn't ask unless I was completely interested is a slight inconvenience as the guy kept running around looking all stressed out. I did decide on a individually wrapped Cheerios pack and some root veggies chips and you pay in a room right near the entrance. That's when Rita came to the counter, again asking me all those same questions that I didn't know! Why should it matter?? I have your merchandise, not marked down!! Plus, I showed her a 1/2 page advertisement that was in the newspaper stating "After Christmas SALE up to 70% off". I had come in on 12/26 and there were only signs of 50% off! When I asked, what was 70% off, the girl at counter said it was online! But she couldn't find anything online that was 70% off! So very misleading! FALSE ADVERTISING!! So when Rita said she had to call her manager, I told her to ask about the ad! Well, Rita returns and finally gives me a gift card for $35.80. No tax? I'm sure all my credits have included the tax!! Also, she didn't talk to anyone and just decided to do " the right thing" But claimed she did not give me a hard time! There was one employee working at the register and another in the back. The service was attentive and efficient although there was only one person on the floor. They carry a great assortment of mochi and manju, including some varieties that need to be refrigerated. In addition, they offer local favorites like li-hing gummy bears and assorted flavored sembei, giving you plenty of sweet and savory options to choose from. The employee at the register was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, happily sharing information about the different mochi flavors and offerings. Most importantly, the mochi here is absolutely delicious. During this visit, we ordered a Girls' Day pack and tried the chocolate ganache Oreo flavor which was amazing. The mochi was perfectly soft and paired beautifully with the rich chocolate ganache filling. My friend loved it so much that she went back the very next day to order more! If you love mochi, you really need to stop by. I highly recommended this shop.

I received 2 strawberry and 2 tangerine mochi. I figured that I would eat 2 today and 2 tomorrow. Didn't happen. It was so good that ate all 4 in one evening. The tangerine was surprising. There is a whole tangerine in the mochi and it was sweet, juicy and sweet. Never had anything like this. The strawberry mochi was also a must buy. I liked that they didn't put too much an in it, so balanced with the sweet strawberry nicely. I must buy more soon and try other flavors.
