I've been taking a lot of yoga classes recently, so this has been one on my list to try. I came…read morehere for the Vinyasa yoga one morning. It was a decent class, but there was a lot of talking throughout, so I personally didn't find it that relaxing. I'm also new to yoga in general, but the instructor didn't help me at all when I had the wrong form or I didn't understand a term. It was a cute and clean studio, but the class was very average compared to the other studios I've been going to. I wish I could give 3.5, but I also don't think it was a 4.

The first time…read morethere was no cancellation notice and me and another girl stood outside waiting outside of the locked studio and when I texted the owners number later on, she said she mistook me for another intro client and texted the wrong number which, as a business owner, is a terrible excuse.. This time, I walked up 10 minutes early to an older lady waiting outside of a locked door who greeted me by saying "I don't think there's a class today, I've been waiting for a while" I had double checked their instagram maybe an hour earlier to them saying there would be a class that day so again, no cancellation warning/ notice/ text, anything. I'm not even going to bother texting the owner again. It's a shame because I'd heard good things about this place and a couple people wanted to know how the classes here would be and these two experiences are all I have to share with them. Will be looking for another studio that has more courtesy (or maybe subs if a teacher has to cancel) because twice I have wasted my time showing up to a locked studio.

I'll start with the space itself which was what originally made me want to take a class here. The atmosphere was dreamy and blissful with rainbow-colored sunbeams coming in through the glass in the window and filling the room. Simply and tastefully decorated creating the perfect environment for yoga practice and meditation. So much better than your typical commercial yoga studio. The class I took was with Jennifer and she was awesome! Really professional and she has such great energy. She really knows how to conduct a class. You can tell she's experienced, knowledgeable and loves what she's doing. I tend to get restless midway through yoga classes but not in this one. I could have gone even longer. I found the whole experience to be very personal, spiritual, healing, energizing and relaxing all at the same time. I felt fantastic and chakra connected when it was over and thought about it for days. It's rare I come out of a yoga class and feel my mind, body and soul fully tended to. Can't wait to go back!

I was a big fan of this place last year, so I was really looking forward to coming back for a Reiki…read moresession after a stressful couple of months. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing from the start. When I called to book, the girl told me they'd "call me back to see if they could find someone" to take my appointment, which made me feel like I was asking for a favor rather than booking a service. The session itself felt rushed and lacked the calming, restorative experience I've had with Reiki in the past. I didn't feel any of the usual sensations I typically notice during sessions, like energy shifts or subtle physical responses. At one point, the practitioner accidentally kicked the leg of the folding table I was lying on, which completely broke any sense of relaxation. The session ended abruptly, and instead of discussing energy, emotions, or anything that came up during the treatment, she started making vague, medium-like comments (asking if I had an event involving a red dress, mentioning a young boy, etc.). It felt out of place and, honestly, left me feeling more anxious than relaxed. If that type of reading is part of the experience, it should at least be explained or done in a way that feels intentional and grounded. After Reiki, I usually feel some sort of emotional release or shift, even if it's subtle. This time, I felt nothing during or after the session, and even the next day there was no change. Overall, it was disappointing to spend $80 on something that felt ineffective and, if anything, added unnecessary worry. I wouldn't return based on this experience and would recommend looking elsewhere

I highly recommend acupuncture for anyone who isn't having any luck with traditional western…read moremedicine. Ni Nan is a miracle worker! I've started treatment for my Carpal Tunnel and after only 3 treatments, the chronic pain is not there and the numbness has subsided. I had seen a neurologist who said I have moderate Carpal Tunnel and need surgery. She said it was the only way to fix this. Well Ni Nan has proved her wrong. I do not need surgery. I truly feel better. Also (and this is much more important), she treats INFERTILITY issues and I am a D.E.S. DAUGHTER. If you don't know what that is please research it @ https://desaction.org/des-daughters/. D.E.S. also known as Diethylstibestrol was a TOXIC STEROID that I was basically BATHED IN AS A FETUS in utero. My DNA and genes have been altered during my development and it's a big problem as my regular doctors, (GP and Gyno, etc.) do not bother to listen to my worries over this. You see, the D.E.S causes certain kinds of Cancer, Infertility, early menopause, obesity, and a myriad of other health issues that are only being researched recently in the past decade. If you are having FERTILITY ISSUES and are born before 1971, then you may have also been exposed in utero. If you can ask your Mother, then do so. She may not know how harmful the D.E.S. is. It causes problems in the children of the women who took the drug during pregnancy. All the children exposed will also pass those issues along to their children. It is a tragedy that not too many have heard of. Ni Nan is helping me with this. For the first time EVER, and I mean EVER... someone listened to my concerns and is helping me. My gyno said so long as I don't have cancer I shouldn't worry. Wrong again. I did the research myself. Found out a lot of issues I've had for over a decade are stemming from the in utero exposure to that drug. Western medicine can't help me because they are the same people who pretty much poisoned me. I don't normally blast off this much info but it is super important to spread the word. I plan to keep going for treatments and I highly recommend Ni Nan Healing Arts Center. She also alleviated my back pain to boot! I'm going as often as possible as she is the only person who has been able to make me feel better without drugs and the treatments do work!
