So basically the set up is that there are 4-5 reclining chair/beds for the reflexology. Then if you keep walking there are 3-4 massage table beds for the back massages. Since mine was a combo I was seated in the reflexology area. There are no walls so you can hear noises and other people. I'm ok with it but I know some people definitely wouldn't. Also the road they are located on is very busy so if a car honks you will be able to hear. They start with soaking your feet, rubbing your head/arms/shoulders. Then they work on your legs/feet after soaking. The only thing I didn't like was when my reflexology was complete I was told to flip over. And the guy kept a towel over my back the whole time. I asked to take my shirt off because that's what they usually do at other locations and he didn't mind but it was insisted. It felt good but I definitely wouldn't have liked it as much if I kept my long sleeve shirt on for that part. I have never had a prenatal massage before, this was a gift from my husband, and I didn't realize how hard they are to book because no one has any appointments. Typically I go to those Asian salons where for $40 they walk all over you. Prenatals are.....much more delicate. Don't get me wrong, the experience was lovely and relaxing, just different from what I'm used to. They have a prenatal membership for a monthly massage at $89 which is a great price. I'd go back but would appreciate someone who isn't sick working on me - I'm pregnant, if I get sick it can be bad. I also didn't feel like I got the full hour because she kept having to leave to cough outside of the room (yes, she wore a mask). That said, she was very nice and I did enjoy the massage. I just wish they wouldn't throw a pregnant woman in a 1:1, hands-on room with someone who may or may not be contagious.

I spent the entire session waiting for it to end and left feeling worse than when I arrived. If this business does not truly offer prenatal massage services, they should be honest about that instead of wasting a pregnant client's time and money. I would not recommend this place, especially to anyone seeking real prenatal care or pain relief.
