The reviews did not disappoint! She asked me questions about the wedding, what dress I was wearing, and how I felt about a shade before she put it on. She wants you to feel comfortable and the makeup to look natural. She is very patient and kind. At one point, she told me to open my eyes and one of my eyes was red. She said she it was strange that only one eye turned red, since she applied the same exact eye shadow and liner to both eyes. Maybe some eye shadow particles fell in my eye, but I didn't feel anything. She was nervous, but she quickly reacted and got eye drops to apply to my eye. She stopped and waited for the eye drops to reduce the redness in my eyes. I had a hair appointment next door and she went over to inform the hair stylist that I was going to be late. It all turned out well and the redness in my eyes disappeared, thankfully! I would definitely come back again and have Sheila do my makeup again. Prices are fair and you really get great service.

She didn't put a crazy amount of product and took great care of my hair. I'm pretty particular because my hair has a lot of heat damage, but she nailed it. The blowout was $25!! This wasn't a trim or layering this was butchering her hair. What's worse is that my daughter was too afraid to speak up in the moment, but I'm not staying quiet. She also didn't realize the extent of damage that was done.I don't know where these people got their licenses, but judging by the mess Rachel left behind and the pattern in other reviews they should consider going back to cosmetology school. I have many friends in the cosmetology field and they were even frightened by the results. We even left a generous tip (which I now regret more than anything). The level of incompetence does not match the prices they're charging. If you care about your hair or your child's confidence, stay far away from this place.
