I hired Veronica's company to perform a move-in cleaning at our new place and a move-out cleaning…read moreat our old place. As for the cleaning service itself, I'd give them 4 stars. There was some dust around the house that was not cleaned and some stains on kitchen backsplash left behind. I was able to clean those myself easily. The bigger issue was how they left our place. During the move-in cleaning they left lights on all over the house. During the move-out cleaning, they turned the thermostat down to 60 degrees (mid-summer) and left it that way after leaving. Additionally, they left our back door unlocked and a tool I left on the kitchen counter was missing after they cleaned. After discussing these issues with Veronica she was completely dismissive of her staff's disrespect of our homes. I will not use her services again, neither can I recommend them to others.

What I loved: The online scheduling - very convenient and user-friendly…read more What I didn't love: Cleaner had to be asked to clean the floor and only vacuumed, did not wash the floor. I had paid for a deep cleaning of a small bathroom. I was on my way to a third surgery that very day right after the cleaning appointment, and just wasn't with it enough to request a good scrubbing and mopping, which is what it really needed (dark tile, so need for cleaning not as obvious, but definitely needed "deep" cleaning). Even the vacuuming was poorly done. After a lengthy period of recovery, I finally contacted the owner a few months later via email to ask if mopping the floor was part of what they considered deep cleaning. No reply to initial email. Sent a followup email about a week or so later. Owner replied, did apologize for delay due to illness. Also apologized for the floor issue. Acknowledged my concern, even gave a referral to another cleaning service if I didn't want to give them another try. What I would have preferred was to have someone come out free of charge and finish the job that I paid for, but I let it go. If it were my business, that's exactly what I would have done, including not sending the original cleaner.
