This was a very large job which involved meeting to hear our desires, home visit to check out works, demo, framing, heating, electrical, plumbing, flooring, Sheetrock, beautiful custom hardwood staircase, windows, siding, and full tile bath, and the finishing work too! Excellent communication, extremely hard work ethic (sometimes working until late evening to squeeze in as much work as possible in each day). Always smiling, friendly, willing to make adjustments, and work creatively with us to make our vision a reality. We've found our permanent contractor in TC Construction. You will NOT be disappointed with communications, professionalism, and organization. Travis, Lester and team provide an exceptional experience!

I cannot say enough good things about Chris and his crew at Rello…read more We had a bind due to a pervious contractor we had to let go. Chris was able to come in on relatively short notice, and get to work. It is not just the promptness that led to our satisfaction, and being able to work with us on a time crunch (although this alone would have been wonderful!), but the quality of the work. Our new kitchen looks truly amazing. He did not just install everything, but went above and beyond to make sure it was done perfect. He did all walls, cabinet install, floors, finish work, and more. Even the counter installers (a different company) commented at how great his work was, with everything perfectly level so they didnt have to do any addition work. The quality was amazing, the price was great, and the work was done quick, and without issue. He got all the proper building permits, had all the correct inspections, and did everything by the book. I cannot recommend him enough to anyone looking for work done. We have an amazing kitchen to enjoy now - all thanks to him!

He called me 1st asking the right questions and to schedule a visit. We got 3 estimates. All were fairly similar. BUT, the service and personal attention we got from Jason was "over the top". He's a real professional. He reviews all your options, discusses those things YOU aren't thinking about that can impact cost and how the end product will look so you can make well informed decisions. And finally, his work is Top Notch. He took care of the permits, scheduled material delivery (and was there at the house to accept delivery), built the deck on budget and right on our schedule. No surprises. You can't ask for anything more than that. Go visit his website for more info and the call him. We are happy we did. And when we're ready for some interior remodeling, he'll be the guy we call on that too.

What truly set them apart was their reliability-they were the only builder we've worked with who completed the project on time when they said they would. That level of commitment and follow-through is incredibly rare and deeply appreciated. The real estate agent they partner with was an absolute delight and was involved throughout the entirety of the project. In addition, every subcontractor they brought onto the project was exceptional. Each one was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. It was clear that our builder has built a strong, trusted team, which made the entire process feel smooth and well coordinate. We couldn't be happier with the experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a builder who delivers on their promises and surrounds themselves with top-quality professionals.

Do not hire this builder. I am living in a property in Portsmouth built by Graystone 11 years ago…read more My house is in a subdivision of several others that were built by this company. I can tell you about many shortcuts they took that have cost me significantly. My neighbors have all had the same problems. Their responsiveness was not great at the time of the build and it plummeted to zero after the job was done. I, or my neighbors, have had to replace porches, roofing, decks, structural supports and windows to name a few of the major things. I can feel cold air around the gas fireplace actually blowing in from the outside. There must not be any insulation around it. As problems have occurred, attempts to contact the company got no response. Any initial contact was just to inquire about something in an effort to determine how to fix whatever it was. I certainly would expect things to need fixing over the years but the quality of their work goes way beyond typical wear and tear. They really deserve zero stars for a rating.
