    My daughter was home for Thanksgiving and we had the dealer do a state inspection and change the…read moreoil in her car (it was free). Few days later she left to drive back to Lynchburg and I was a panicked to later see a puddle of oil where her car had been parked. Thankfully the car survived the 3.5 hour drive. I contacted Larry's and explained the situation, they got her in immediately, diagnosed the issue and had it fixed within an hour. They were incredibly nice to my daughter, she was so impressed. I am very grateful for their professionalism, courtesy and prompt assistance. They've definitely earned a repeat customer!

    I called the store 10/4/25 spoke with JUSTIN about my engine light being on, and provided code. He…read moreexplained what it could be, but I would need to bring car in so he could get a number off engine and run test. He explained in detail what could be the problem, but asked me to bring car in, NO PROBLEM. Next, I asked did I need appointment, and cost, he told me I didn't need appointment, and there would be NO cost for test, and it would be up to me if I wanted to get it fixed. This is where everything took a turn for the worse. I went in, asked for Justin, and told the young man at counter, I had just spoken to Justin, and he told me I could come up for him to do test. The young man advised JUSTIN that I was there, JUSTIN told him he NEVER talked to me about bringing my car in, and didn't tell me there was no charge, and the fee would be $98. Next, JUSTIN came to the front, didn't acknowledge me at all, turned around quickly, and went back to the car he was working on, at this point I'm feeling DISRESPECTED, and JUSTIN LIED about a conversation we had about 40 mins prior to me getting there. How would I know to ask for JUSTIN if I had not talked to him prior, and why would I take the time to drive up there?? If JUSTIN would LIE about a PHONE CALL he had with me, I feel he would LIE about anything when speaking with customers. I would advise anyone that talks to JUSTIN about getting repairs, get it in WRITING first. Again, if JUSTIN lied about something as simple as a conversation about bringing my car there, I would question his work ETHIC, as well as his INTEGRITY!! The two employees that I spoke to in the waiting area were VERY PROFESSIONAL, not JUSTIN!!
