After looking at a lot of reviews of firms capable of completing the project it was clearly evident that Parco was the right selection. Kim was a great resource in helping to review the best and most cost effective way to purchase the generator and how the whole process would evolve. Unlike other providers, they are straightforward and do not offer a bunch of other unnecessary add ons. Their goal was to provide a quality and cost effective finished product. Parco staff call you or text you back promptly responding to a question or request. When they made a commitment to schedule the installation, they stood by it. They explain what they are going to accomplish and why they are doing it that way. Aaron and his crew showed up on time and the installation was complete in about 4.5 hours. They do not take shortcuts and use high quality materials. Parco and the subcontractors were very professional and helpful. Even more important they have a rock solid maintenance and emergency response plan following the installation. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs quality service for a generator or any electrical requirement.

Aaron and Wayne arrived on time and worked hard all day to install two lanterns and six can lights. To install the lanterns, they had to cut through drywall and brick to run electrical cable from the attic. Despite all the work to install the lights (on a hot November afternoon, none the less!), they left without a mess, and even swept and mopped the area they were working. Aaron and Wayne were courteous and professional all day - I truly enjoyed them working in the house! We most certainly will have them back out! In fact, we've already booked them for another project! He then tore the atv apart and then messaged at 8p to say it took him 8hrs and 3 days to diagnose the atv and the balance is $975. Next day- argued back and forth about the cost because $975 was priced very high for what the atv was there for. Paid him $800 to get this situation overwith and he said he'd have it ready the next day. Got there, he says his back hurts and directs to get it..crank it up and it dies out before even leaving the yard. This guy had the nerve to emphasize it wasn't his responsibility anymore. This rating should be a 0 star review for bad business and unprofessionalism and overpricing. Even ended up filing a police report due to how the whole situation played out. I obviously changed to another company. They came out and said my generator had not been properly serviced at all. It was dirty and nothing had been done to service it. They also said the coolant sensor was bad and should have been replaced -- this is why it kept shutting down. I paid $185 x 2 for literally nothing. Very happy with my new group and highly recommend Generators 4U and Jason. He knows what to do and he treats the customer well. I knew so little about generators I had no idea I could reset the coolant alarm so easily and GSC certainly never told me.

Warning -- Be Extremely Cautious with Never Without Power LLC IN HUFFMAN, TEXAS…read more We initially decided to move forward with Never Without Power LLC after their visit to our home. However, within approximately 27 hours of signing the original agreement, we decided not to proceed with them. This was well within the federally mandated 72-hour cooling-off period, which allows consumers to cancel certain contracts without penalty. It's also important to note that both my grandmother and I are on the deed to the property, but my grandmother was never sent a copy of the contract to sign as the property owner, therefore no work should've been started without her signed copy of the contract. The only document she signed was a Synchrony sales slip, which she was misled to believe needed to be signed before any work could begin. We later learned that this document should only be signed once the job is completed. Unfortunately, she was pressured into signing by being misled to believe that it had to be done along with the contract itself, which caused the company to be fully funded for work that had not even started. When I contacted the owner to cancel, he immediately tried to pressure us to stay by claiming there would be a 15% restocking fee. I explained that this fee cannot legally be charged since we were still within the 72-hour federal cooling-off period. Instead of handling this professionally, the owner became defensive, disrespectful, and accusatory, even going so far as to falsely claim that I signed paperwork for my grandmother without her knowledge -- a statement that is completely untrue and inappropriate. What's even more concerning is that Never Without Power LLC does not follow Synchrony's proper policies and procedures, despite being authorized to offer Synchrony financing. Their mishandling of documentation and failure to follow correct funding procedures shows a serious disregard for consumer protections and financial compliance. We are now in the process of filing a dispute with Synchrony to correct this situation and recover funds that should never have been released. Overall, I strongly advise others to stay far away from Never Without Power LLC. Their unprofessional behavior, questionable ethics, and failure to follow proper financing and cancellation laws make them a company I would never recommend doing business with.
