A Plus Tree (Vallejo, CA) was found liable in court for trespass to timber when it entered our property without our authorization and hacked our tree ... which they did twice, two years apart (apparently LeaRnin' Is fOr sUckErs). Recent convert. Saw them across the street one day this past summer, wanted to have them piggy back and get some thinning done. Doesn't quite work that way. They scheduled an appointment for a bid and a day later I got my quote. Thoroughly braced myself for what I thought was going to cost me the equivalent of a late model economy import automobile. Much to my pleasant surprise, the price was more than reasonable so I gave the green light. Scheduled for today (October 5th) because it's best to prune, trim and thin when it's cooler so it doesn't harm the tree. There was much more to do on my pin oak than the silver maple. Both trees are about 40-years, old. I think they underestimated the bid but that didn't stop them from doing an amazing job! It would have been really easy for them to wrap it up much earlier but they persevered and left me COMPLETELY satisfied. Super professional. Obviously very knowledgeable. Well-equipped with the gear they needed to do the job right. I whole-heartedly endorse this company! read more

My experience dealing with this company has been horrible. They were hired by my apartment complex, one of their employees backed a truck into the carport post, knocking it out of the ground and the carport landed on my car. The employees were very rude making jokes and laughing about the situation although it was very upsetting for us. At one point the employees also went into my car without permission and removed my car seat for an unknown reason and then reinstalled it facing the wrong direction. When we asked the employees why and who went into our car they didn't give us any answers. One of the several other issues we ran into was the VP, Steve Land calling us the next day and making claims that the car has been in "bad condition" and he how he noted that it had issues with the suspension. My car had no known issues beforehand- we expressed concern for the safety of driving in the vehicle after the carport had been removed because the weight could have caused damage to the suspension or brakes. And while he made these assumptions the car has not yet been inspected so we don't know if there is any issues yet.This is an example of this company trying to bully and manipulate others for the faults of their own employees. Steve was very insistent about paying out of pocket although we continuously asked for the claim to be submitted to insurance. When we asked for all updates to be ran through us and and necessary repairs to be run by us, Steve said he would be towing my car back to my apartment. I find out that my car was not towed back to my apartment and was actually picked up by him Thursday evening, he kept my car overnight with me not having any knowledge of this and drove it back to my apartment Friday morning, all while my car still has unknown damage because it hasn't been properly inspected and without my permission- they essentially stole my car.This company is trying to take advantage of and manipulate us. I do not recommend working with them they are still ignoring all our efforts to contact someone higher up. read more

The team of Ian, Connor, Josh and TJ were (are) fantastic. All of them are highly professional, extremely friendly and kind to me and my family, communicated with me on status throughout and cared a ton about the impact to our neighbors while doing the job. As the job required blocking off the street for their crane, every day they ran to each of the neighbors, made sure they had time to move their cars for the day, then began their work. The two day project turned into three due to high winds and they busted tail until dark the last night to get the job done. Every night they ensured the road was clean (I mean CLEAN) and that neighbors could get thru again. PLEASE READ THIS... they left my yard cleaned up BETTER than when they arrived! Not a branch was left, no saw dust in my lawn or in the street. The stump grinding looked as if the four foot across tree was never there. Their equipment was all well maintained and working top notch, no crappy dump truck and old equipment for them. It was truly enjoyable to see them work so efficiently. Theses guys are pros in every sense of the word. It was obvious how well trained they were, and safety of my property, my family, my neighbors and themselves was always part of their communications. Can't forget... the quote to remove two huge 40+ year old trees and a third dying one was very fair and Mike was a pleasure to do business with. read more

The most professional service you will hire. My husband and I bought our home with some MASSIVE cotton wood stumps. These stumps were about 12 to 13 feet wide. We called A Plus Tree services and they did not disappoint. Connor and his team are amazing! They de-rooted the stumps and grinded all of the saw dust so we could use it as later for fertilizer. When they were done it seemed like we had never stumps. I wanted to cry of joy!! Moreover, they also cut and cleared branches out from another tall tree. They cut, gathered and cleaned the branches. And they left my front yard clean with no branches. Great team, they are professional and they have efficient and up to date equipment. Will totally recommend them! read more
