I called Anderson Plumbing, after normal business hours and told them my problem. I had to unplug the sump pump and storms were predicted for last night. Believe it or not, Joe was at the house within the hour! He was prompt, professional, and respectful. Since my husband's stroke, he cannot climb stairs so Joe actually took a picture of how he fixed it to show him. I thought that was way above the normal service! Instead of giving an onsite estimate, the company rep said someone from the company would call me to give the estimate. After a few says, no one from the company called me. So I called the company and was given the estimate. I proceeded to set the date for the repairs. Th company rep asked if I wanted morning or afternoon appointment. I selected the afternoon appointment due to my work schedule. When the scheduled date arrived, the plumber called me at about 7:50 am stating that he was already outside my home to do the repairs. I informed the plumber that I was at work and reminded him that I had an afternoon appointment. The plumber said that he would return in the afternoon and asked what time I could be home. I said how about 2:00 pm? The plumber said okay and that he would return at 2:00 pm. The plumber never showed up. I called the company office and was told they would called the plumber to find out what was going on. The company called me back about 30 minutes later stating that they could not replace the valve because they don't do these types of repairs in the afternoon. The same person who initially asked if I wanted morning or afternoon appointment was the same person now telling me they don't do this type of repair in the afternoon. In addition, the plumber never stated that when he told me that he would return at 2:00 pm. Finally, the same person now telling me this was the same person who said she would call the plumber to find out what was going on. Will never recommend this company to family, friends, or fellow investors!!
