Within less than a week the plumbing was inoperable, and sewage continuously backed up into the home. Unfortunately, her preconceived personal opinions about my character affected her professional judgment, as we had never met in person. Almost two months later the problem was rectified after involving outside sources. In egotistical wrath, our family of 5 was wrongfully evicted. We were treated with no respect or regard for humanity. Ms. Dale shared confidential information with the maintenance workers, who in turn shared said information with the neighbors, prior to our moving in. The same disdain that she possessed, she projected onto her staff, who in turn relayed to the neighbors. Mail and packages went missing throughout the holiday season, only to discover discarded envelopes and opened mail inside the home, upon finally moving in. My concerns were of course dismissed and negated. Once we were finally in front of a judge, Ms. Dale consistently lied under oath rather than just make amends. The entire experience has been disheartening. After a year of homelessness we put all our hopes in Ms. Dale and it's more than unfortunate that her intentions were shallow and her ethics are barren. We have had multiple items stolen by their workers and associates, and even in the repossession process they have been villainous and dishonest. It goes without saying that we are not their average client, but we are human beings and like most other homeless families we were not homeless by choice, but rather by circumstance and trauma. Trauma further exacerbated by the awful experience we had being judged and tried by Ms. Dale and her lackeys. Pay it forward by spending your money with goodhearted, compassionate, professional people who have your best interests at heart and who genuinely care.
