They delivered the bathroom quickly and timely. Kept it clean on schedule. But when it came time to cancel the contract, I canceled well in advance and they didn't pick up the bathroom before the next monthly term started, and then charged me for another full month. I don't write many reviews but my experience was just so bad that I had to write something up. I was working on a short film, this particular shooting day took place in a park. In order for us to comply with the permit regulations, we were required to supply our crew with portable toilets. I called a couple days in advance to confirm the dates and time, to which A Plus Portable Service agreed. Fast forward to shoot day, all is going well until two hours before we start shooting I get a call informing me that they instead want to show up and drop the toilet off immediately. Not at the time I requested. The issue with this is that we are not physically allowed to enter the park until the time stated on the permit. Apparently A Plus Portable Service has trouble comprehending this and vehemently insisted that we now comply to their times. My explanation was essentially ignored and i was given an option of having the toilet literally dropped in a neighborhood street illegally, two hours before anyone would be at the location, or to find someone else. I was then hung up on. I went with a much much much better service that was way more friendly and understanding, who ended up costing even less than A Plus did. Seriously, do not waste your time, especially if you have deadlines and requirements to meet. By far one of the most unprofessional and rude experiences i've ever had. So I was in a bind where another company dropped our delivery date due to mismanaging our order. I reached out to A Plus literally 20 minutes before closing the day before the event and they delivered top notched service from start to finish. The customer service rep over the phone was polite and courteous with our specific delivery instructions on delivery time and preference of porta potty that we wanted. The price was very reasonable, the delivery guy called 10 minutes before arrival, and overall great service. Definitely will be using them for all my future portable potty needs. read more

Unprofessional company, the woman who answers the phone is so rude and unprofessional. They rent you the bathroom but then they "make up lies" so they don't provide maintenance to the toilet and let your bathroom unsanitary and smelling for two weeks. OK i never actually used their services but their customer service is EXCELLENT!! Definitely warrants the 5 star. At 5am the city shut off water on our street, with a large business to run i was scrambling to find a place to rent 10 porta potties. Everyone was closed, this was one of a couple of places open but they guaranteed the fastest delivery, just 2 hours compared to the estimate i got from everyone else of 4 to 5 hours. I called this poor lady like 10 times with questions and concerns and kept adding to my orders, porta potties and hand wash sinks. After one hour the city decides to turn the water back on and i had to call and cancel ASAP. she was a little grumpy, I cant blame her at all!!! But she didnt give me a hard time and just said she understood and thanks. I will DEFN be using A Plus portable services next time i have a situation. read more

I used this service for a birthday party in April and was extremely satisfied must agree with everyone else the Porta-Potty was extremely clean, almost thought it was brand new. Price wasn't too bad I believe somewhere around the $120 range for a porta potty with a sink and toiletries. Plan to be calling them for a birthday party this weekend. read more

Had a small gathering for my mom's bday and decided a porta-potty would be needed. Called up A Plus but unfortunately it was after hours. Left them a voicemail with my number and they called me back the next day first thing in the AM. A very friendly person by the name of Diana scheduled a delivery of one of their porta-potties to my house later on the same day. Life saver! At the time of the deliver, an also very friendly gentleman delivered a like new condition porta-potty that looked very clean and was fully stocked with supplies. This place is literally a life saver ! I needed a porta potty this past weekend for a party I was having and had previously reserved one with J C party supply in Bellflower. Well come the day OF the party and they cancelled on me and said that their restroom provider never received the order (I honestly believe she just never sent it in) and basically just said they'd give me my money back because they can't do anything else for me. WELL my sister found A plus portable service and they were able to deliver a porta potty very last minute at a reasonable price ! Thank you for helping me out and for your friendly service ! Was having my son's 3rd birthday party (30+ kids) at the park, and that weekend they shut down the restrooms. I called them the day before the party, and asked for same day delivery and pick up at the park. THEY DID IT! The price is unbeatable. They are so professional. The toilet was amazingly clean -flushable with a sink, toilet paper, and paper towels. Trust me - 30+ kids who are going through potty training - all of their parents thanked me. DO NOT HIRE THIS PLACE! THEIR "GENERAL MANAGER" ANA IS THE WORST! She is the worst person I have ever encountered in a business, kept telling me no for service when she didn't even know my name or account number. The service SUCKS! They don't try and work with you on servicing your portable toilet, just don't go here don't do business with them. Oh yeah, the guy who services my portable toilet had my number so he can let me know when he's on his way so I could open the gate, that guy, that very same day he got my number, texted me to say he would like to be friends. I felt bad because people have to eat so, I ignored it, but I still have the text as proof. Definitely, If I could save you from hiring them I would. Apart from personal stuff, they show up really early. If the guy servicing your portable toilet, doesn't feel like doing his job, all he does is make a note of it tell the company, the company then tells you what he says and too bad so sad they won't go at all until the next week, even if it smells, even if the code enforcement comes in. For example, I called in on Friday because the unit is smelling already, there's been complaints and my city is strict so, code enforcement came out. Anyway, I called them Friday (today) before the lady, Ana, knows my account or if the driver has even passed by, Ana, says "nope it's too late"." Then I said, but you don't even know where my unit is or if the driver has passed by, she then says, "ok are you renting or do you own it" I said "I'm renting" she says "Oh that's something different" she takes down my info and says the driver went already and had to climb over wood, then she changed it to stairs. Mind you, the unit is on a flat piece of dirt (again, I have pictures to prove this). I said no that's not true and told her its on flat land. She calls the driver and calls me back and said no the driver is telling the truth (all the while, I have pictures to prove this wrong) and she says they can't go back for another week because they're so busy. I was upset. I tell her I want to cancel my business with them and I want them to pick up the unit, to which she says "We'll pick it up Monday." Then, hangs up. Thankfully, there's bluetooth and I had her on the speaker so everyone in my car heard it. How is it anyway that they wouldn't have time to service the unit for another week yet, they have time to pick it up Monday. Anyway, she was rude, they are unprofessional and I highly advise against this business, take your money elsewhere. Oh yeah, I asked to speak to the supervisor, and Ana tells me shes the "General Manager" so, if that's the highest authority on site representing their business, good luck. Save your money, look for professionals because this isn't it. read more
