Worst company I have ever dealt with!! I had a party of over 100 people and they never delivered!!! Even after I RSVP the portable a month before and then confirming with them the day before. Called them the day off and they just said they were running late but never delivered. This is a long due review. Hired the company for my sons bday party and everything from the initial phone call to the delivery process was very well. Everything was extremely clean and they were very professional. I changed my mind a few times as far as where I wanted the potty's placed and they never got bothered over my change of mind. They were very patient with me, despite the stress I was under. I even had them help me with placing of some tables and chairs . And the crew didn't get bothered at all. Thanks. So I was pretty stressed about 4 pm today (Saturday) finding out our church plumbing issues has caused restrooms not to work. The pastor is on vacation and my husband (church council) is trying to handle things in meantime. I am not kidding when I tell you i called at least 13 porta potty companies...desperate for anyone to just pick up the phone. I got one company live, they said they would call right back (never did). I just had the worst experience in costomer service Ramon he basically told me that he lies on his ad to get people to call in.He is advertising a porta potty for $45 but when I get a response from him he ask if I want it for construction when I had already told him it was for a family gathering. He yet has the nerve to call me and in his way try to use his non customer service and in a really ghetto way call me sweetie so not professional and no moral values. Professional over the phone, kind and honest. We didn't end up using them, but because they were very honest about rates being too high to service my area. Instead they recommend someone else. These are the types of businesses that anyone would feel comfortable working with. Recommending someone in my area for a lower rate I felt was an honest practice. read more

I called waste no time company 3 hours before my party started and I spoke to Eddie and he made a called to his driver to stop what he was doing and make a last minute delivery to my residence in Downey. I was throwing a get together at my house this weekend and the plumbing system deceived to crap out on me (get it crap...plumbing). I wasn't able to get a plumber out before my event time. I called around and since it was hella last minute, some other companies were charging too damn much, and couldn't make it within the time I'd really need them there. I finally got around to Waste no Time. Had great prices, delivered within a reasonable time frame and picked up at the time we agreed upon. They also took the time to explain the process of pick up and delivery, set up. Pretty much saved my get together, and I didn't have to clean up the bathroom. Priceless. read more

I called Friday to ask to rent a regular portable toilet, since I read all the awesome reviews of people who were in a situation like mine and needed a toilet last minute. Anyways, I call and they guy on the line was very nice he gave me a timeframe that someone would drop it off on Saturday between 12 and 2:30pm. Saturday came and they delivered at 2pm I paid got my receipt and asked what time they would pick it up Sunday so I could be there, the guy said between 11am and 3pm but most likely in the morning around 11-11:30am. Sunday came and at about 2pm I called the number but no answer and the VM is not set up. 3pm hit the clock and I called the number and again no answer. I called the guy who delivered it and he said he wasn't working that day but would try to figure out why it hadn't been picked up yet. I kept calling the other number, as the guy who delivered it was not working that day and it was not his fault no one had picked it up. I even text the other number and they read my messages because they have the read receipts but wouldn't answer me. Around 5/6 the guy who delivered called to apologize (again not his fault since he wasn't even working) and said that he got in contact with the guys doing the pick ups and they were running late they would be at the place by 7pm. I waited until 10pm and no one showed up. The toilet was finally picked up on Monday at 2pm after I called various times. So frustrating. If they would of told me since Saturday that they were going to pick it up on Monday, then no problem but the fact they lied that's the reason they get 2 stars. Never contacting them again horrible customer service don't answer your calls. read more
