After searching online for audiologists, I decided to give PAC Audiology a try after reading numerous positive reviews. Dr. Anna and Dr. Marcy were both incredibly helpful in making sure my earplugs were a perfect fit. When my earplugs first came back, my right earplug didn't feel entirely comfortable. I came back twice for complementary adjustments, and eventually Dr. Anna ordered me a new right earplug made with slightly different specs. I really appreciate all the time and effort she and Dr. Marcy took to make sure I was happy with the earplugs. Scheduling with the front desk was easy, and they were usually able to fit me in within the same week. If I have hearing care needs in the future, PAC Audiology will definitely be the first place I visit!

We are very grateful to Anna Mamiya and the team at PAC for helping our daughter! Her condition made everyday life for her very stressful and painful. It impacted pretty much every aspect of her life and determined what we could do as a family. We are now able to eat dinner as a family again and go out in public to loud spaces - like the mall, Costco, etc. School has become much easier. The treatment does not cure misophonia, but it does teach her brain that the trigger sounds are not something that it needs to react strongly to and get away from. Yes, chewing sounds will always be annoying, but there is no strong emotional response anymore. I highly recommend anyone dealing with misophonia or hyperacusis to have a consultation with Anna Mamiya. She explains the science behind the treatment and what can be achieved. It all lined up with what I had already learned about the conditions so it made sense to have my daughter get the treatment. I am so glad we did! Life is so much easier now for her and us!

Purchased hearing aids here about two years ago. All-inclusive package for three years including…read morereplacement if needed and visits to adjust hearing aids. Now, all terms changed except the warranty. While still covered by the warranty, any visit to the office will be charged as an office visit, even if to address produce issues covered by warranty. $5,000 for hearing aids and now I'll be nickeled and dimed any time there is an issue? No thanks. I'll just buy OTC and manage on my own, thank you.

This review is long overdue. I have been looking for a reliable honest caring thorough audiologist…read morefor nearly a decade. My mom started her care in upstate NY from a stellar committed audiologist so the bar was high when finding her replacement. We spent a few years shifting from one to another office of pushy salespersons, cookie cutter service and shameless money grabbers. Then we found Suzanne Jackson at the Hearing and Balance Lab. She is patient, knowledgeable, thorough and personable. They have since undergone a few name changes and company ownerships ( most recently HearUSA, but the staff remains the same wonderful helpful conscientious staff. The insurance was always handled for us efficiently, honestly and professionally ( this is apparently , in my experience,, an epidemic problem in this field ) This year, with new ownership, I learned that they no longer take our insurance and we are needing to find a new reliable audiologist. This has been a true hardship. The struggle is real folks. Since leaving this office, We are back in the throws of money grabbing insurance frauds with relatively little concern for personal health service. Luckily, we appreciated and knew what we had while here with Suzanne. If you are here, count your blessings, and stay put. Hearing aid sales is off the charts sleazy business in the wrong hands. These folks are trustworthy and great at what they do.

You get what you pay for. Total Hearing has name brand, new technology hearing aids. They are run…read moreby degreed audiologists and are there FOR their clients. Conveniently located at Mockingbird and Abrams, and other locations, we drop by and have our hearing aids cleaned at any time and if there were to be a problem, (which we have had none in 5 years), they will give you a loaner pair while yours are sent out for service or your annual deep cleaning. Prices are reasonable and with the guarantee and warranty, well worth the cost. Yes, you can go "cheaper", but Livingston and Bell Tone, Sam's and Costco are NOT anything like the quality you get with a name like Oticon Hearing Aids, where the company puts people first. Hearing aids are a big investment so you don't want to go for the "bargain" price and compromise the most important thing--quality, reliability and most of all PERFORMANCE. Total Hearing has ALL your bases covered. Price range depends on the severity of your hearing crisis. We will continue to patronize Total Hearing as technology changes and our hearing needs progress through the years. You owe it to yourself to explore your options for where to purchase your hearing aids. Google the pros and cons of places like Sam's and Cosco. Do NOT go by what others say because everyone's hearing status is different. You may require a much advanced hearing aid from Sam's or Cosco, which would put you at the same price as Total Hearing. The range of cost will depend on the severity of your hearing loss. For that, I would recommend genuine, professional care, such as you will receive at Total Hearing.
