After further inspection I noticed that my porch because of getting wet attracted carpenter ants and they did a lot of damage. I learned that summit awning also does many other services. So I hired Summit awnings to repair the damage to my porch. I also asked them if they would install windows on my porch. I was very pleased with the results. Everything turned out great. My hat's off to Jason, Dawson, and the rest of the crew for doing an incredible job. Very poor work quality. The did not follow the building code per Akron, they used additive that…read morecaused issues with the concrete they poured. They poured our drive, apron, and sidewalk and the same day it started to have holes pop out in the drive. The entire job was poured from one truck load of concrete, but their answer to the holes was that they were only replacing part of the job. So the remainder of the work is still producing holes to appear and their answer to this is to put a patch on new concrete (which was not even done correctly, it has the same hole just not as deep). Then when we refused to make final payment for shoddy work Jason Clements threatens us that he will put a lean on our home. The partial replacement was done by another company, and they used the same additive that per Akron it is not to be used, but they at least know how to do the finish work. But not how to patch holes. My advise is to never use these people. Now in second winter even after sealing it the concrete is now flacking apart. So much for his rating. That is based on his BS (Not a degree). He talks a good talk but it is not worth the air he uses to speak.
