Although they were telemed visits, I was happy to take my blood pressure at the beginning of each call and show her the reading. Unfortunately, she is now leaving the practice but I'm getting ready to call right now to schedule with another provider in this practice. Sad not being able to see Jamie Alvarez anymore, but I have absolute faith that I will be given another A+ therapist/psychiatrist. I will always turn to Alliance for my mental health needs.

She was professional, informative and genuinely a spiritual soul. She introduced the 7 chakra discs, we discussed intention setting and I chose 2 stones that she briefly explained how they relate to the chakra discs I chose. Laying on the healing crystals/stones was very powerful and helped me relieve a lot of built up blockage and negative energy I had in various parts of my body. At first I thought this place was in order because she followed up with me and asked what I was looking for through the process. This is not the case where all they were looking for is the next person to take money from. One of the worse things Allison did was, when we were done with our session she didn't even walk us out to the front door and said your time is up when would you like to schedule another day and time? I started seeing Jordan in October 2025. I expressed the potential of ADHD. I also had anxiety and…read moredepression and Jordan insisted that I treat those first before looking into an ADHD diagnosis. When I asked about the possibility of untreated/undiagnosed ADHD making my anxiety and depression worse, he agreed it could be a possibility but ultimately decided not to look into ADHD. He put me on some meds that unfortunately did not work for me and at the end of December I decided to go off of them and take a little break. Well, I ended up going to ADHD center of Las Vegas where I ultimately got diagnosed with ADHD. Not only that, but in my report it mentions that my anxiety and depression is most likely related to the fact that I had undiagnosed ADHD. Huh. Well, now that I had that diagnosis I called to see if we could now treat this. Doug (who is great) told me that Jordan wasn't looking to treat anybody with ADHD at the moment but would ask since I was already established. He called back and asked if I could send over the diagnosis report and they would get back to me. This felt super weird but I agreed. Then I got the call that they wouldn't be taking me back. I understand not wanting to treat ADHD, but asking for my diagnosis then ultimately telling me no felt weird personal and intentional. Very unfortunate but I felt the need to write this review to inform others of my experience.

I have been dealing with skin cancer issues for a number of years usually well taken care of by creams and burning, etc. I had surgery nearly 4 years ago to have some cut out of my face. After the surgery I was on an initial antibiotic regimen. It ended with me having a severe acne break out on my scalp (not great as a bald person!) that I dealt with for nearly 3 years using various doctor and homeopathic treatments to no avail.
