void these morons like the plague!!!! Took an old family quilt in to get a rip fixed, a job which should have taken about five minutes. Come back a week later on pick up day and the first thing the clerk says is let me see if it's ready. like she wasn't sure if pick day meant pick up day. It's there and she says it's done. Instead of giving it to me a normal dry cleaner's plastic wrapping, she hands me a TRASH BAG with a huge rip in it! with my quilt in it!!! I walk out to my car and almost drive off thinking no one could possibly be so stupid and so rude and so dishonest as to take my money and not do the job. Guess what? They didn't fix anything and now the thing smells so badly I can smell it from several feet away!!! So I go back inside and the idiot tells me she can't give me a refund. There's no way to put it back on my card. After MUCH arguing she realizes she can give me a cash refund. (Fortunately, I checked their work BEFORE I drove all the way home and would have had to drive all the way back!!!!) If this company had any character at all and it doesn't they would have volunteered to fix it for FREE on the spot. Instead the owner/manager wouldn't even speak to me!!! So I pulled up at 3:05 to this place on Saturday 2/7, I've never used them before but dropped off three shirts last week. When I got here the place was closed and dark and there was a sign out that says closed. Also posted on the door is a printed sign that looks like it's almost hand done and it has a closed at 3:00 on the 6th row is times but without any days listed next to it to be able to tell what that day is associated with. So as I'm waiting a lady comes out obviously an employee and starts locking the door and she starts shaking her head and says no we're closed and I asked her if I could just at least get my shirt since I was here and Google maps and Facebook says they're open till 5:30. She said no because the computers are down and then she leaves. I don't know if they're going to do a good job with the shirts or not but it's frustrating to not be able to follow what's online as far as their open and closed hours and also for her not to be able to help me since I'd already driven out this far. In time I have been writing this, two other cars have come by expecting to be able to do business on this Saturday afternoon before their stated closing times online and I had to tell them the place is apparently already closed and that she had already left. Disappointing. Hopefully the clothes will be okay in the end. read more

BRIDES BEWARE I took In my hand beaded wedding gown for alterations - zipper replacement, minor repair and having it taken in, as it was a sample purchased off the floor - When I arrived to try on my dress for the final fitting I was horrified to see that they had removed all of the hand beading (my favorite part of the dress) and replaced it with a strand of cheap beads. The dress is very bohemian and the straps featured a raw hem and sporadic sparkle beading / sequins - I was told that they thought it was "messed up" and they "fixed" it - hemming the raw edge and replacing the beads with a row of on a ribbon. To add insult to injury - the beads and thread were white on my ivory dress and stood out like a sore thumb. When I asked why they thought it was appropriate completely change my dress without asking I was told that it was a small detail and they didn't understand why I was so upset and that if she tried to reverse what she did we would be charged more for her time. The seamstresses daughter in law blamed the seamstress, the seamstress said she was told by her daughter in law (who was hiding in the back they entire time) that I had approved the change (which had NEVER been presented to me) and we were told that if I disliked it I could leave and were sent on our way with a ruined dress and a ziplock bag of beads (not even all of them) and thread with a month until my big day. They refused to take responsibility for the ruined dress - and admitted their guilt by sending us away without charge. If want to get married in the dress you chose - rather than one that they like better - stay away. read more

Worst service EVER. Dropped off clothing Saturday and was told it would be ready Monday at 530. We went to pick it up and was told it would be 6. I called to express my displeasure and was told it would be 630. The girl was very rude. Will completely never use this place again and will talk to the school about using a different dry cleaner that has better service!!!!! read more

Stay away from this store for alterations. I brought my long maxi dress to get the STRAP changed and even brought another dress to show how what I wanted, so that she wouldn't have to guess at all. When I arrived on the date I was told my dress would be ready, I got there and she had not even started. I arrived two days later and she used the right fabric for the spaghetti strap, but she used a plastic adjuster and then used some hook thing in the front, making the dress very tacky. How the hell do you mess up on just changing a SPAGHETTI STRAP for a maxi dress. I was very pissed off when I got my dress, I payed and never returned (I chose not to make a scene). She did offer to fix it if I didn't like it, but I felt that she rushed on finding all the materials she needed for the alteration and she did a terrible job, changing the type of strap that I showed her I wanted. If she couldn't get a strap done right, don't expect her to do any type of alteration correctly. Now I have to take my dress somewhere else to fix the mess she created. I'll never go there again. I stopped my daughter's dress off on a Wednesday they said it'll be ready in a week after 530pm. That was fine. A week came and I went to get my dress and it was still on the way. Yes. I arrived at 520pm to get it. But i didn't know it even left the store and figured being only 10 minutes early that it'd be ready. The dress gets there and the lady said she didn't alter the straps on the top like i wanted because the straps were adjustable. I KNOW they're adjustable but my daughter's so petite that the metal adjusting pieces were in the front of the straps and looked horrible. I wanted them to take the adjustable pieces completely off and sew the straps on the dress to her size. They were pinned that way by the lady in the store. To be done that way. But the seamstress thought she knew best and didn't do any adjustments at all. So i had to leave the dress there one more night to be finished. Then on top of that they were rude about it. Didn't even apologize or give me a discount. I told them i was gonna give them a bad review and the lady at the counter said she didn't care they had plenty of other loyal customers.
