Took the vehicle to another shop because I no longer trusted them. Tht shop fixed the issue and I also had to got get another lugnut because they stripped the head. Long story short this shop does basic balancing do not go there expecting quality work. A balance and rotate cost me 255 bucks. I am not happy.

See attached image!…read more Back in June I finally decided it was time to fix my cars AC, this was a long time coming because I figured it would be a large expense. I STUPIDLY trusted an even stupider family member, who refereed me to this "auto shop" for repair. I went in for service on June 11th, paid $390 to refill my AC, and replace a part they claimed was "necessary" .. they told me if I had any further issues they had put in a product that would provide more information as to if I had a leak/ where it was leaking. Fast forward 2 DAYS.. I get in my car, no more cold air ... AGAIN. Not even 48 hours later. I immediately called and asked what the next steps were as it hadn't even been 2 full days yet, and they instructed me to bring it back in so they could check for the leak they had mentioned previously, on the phone I mentioned I was on shift for next 5 days so it wouldn't be until then that I could bring it back in. I was not able to make it back in until the 18th. After I brought it back within an hour they "diagnosed" my car as needing a new compressor. Parts, labor, AND ANOTHER AC RECHARGE WITH FREON..You know what I had just paid for that didn't even last 48 hours!! The estimate totaling $1,069.00 for everything. OBVIOUSLY this was very upsetting, so I went back into the shop to try to negotiate with them in some way. After seemingly arguing with Jose for 45 minutes he agreed to waive my refilling fee but let me know he was doing me a HUGE favor. HA! My personal favorite part was them hearing me argue with the gentlemen, to then bring out a female who tried to "better explain it to me". She utilized scare tactics to try to convince me to have the work done, as soon as possible, because "the tariffs will significantly increase the price of everything once that starts kicking in" .... Thank God I have some kind of sense in me, and figured it was at least worth a second opinion from elsewhere. HAHAHA BUCKLE UP!!! I had a much more intelligent friend then recommend me to another mechanic shop in SA. I took it in, and this time within a few hours, I got this response. " Hey soooo I'm not sure what that place did, but I have never seen auto work like that in MY LIFE " There were wires not connected to anything, wires connected incorrectly, I've genuinely just never seen anything like it..... SO I went back connected everything the way it should be and NOW YOUR AC IS WORKING PERFECTLY. I don't even feel right charging you for it, since the work was NEVER COMPLETED CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME" IM SORRY WHAT!!? In the end the lovely real mechanic only charged me for the refilling of the AC with the Freon and we called it a day. Since then now 3 MONTHS LATER, my AC has continued to stay in IMPECCABLE condition, ice cold, no issues whatsoever. ZERO complaints. In NO way do I feel like this was not a HUGE SCAM, and grab for money.. trying to replace unnecessary things, as this company knew I am a female, with no automotive knowledge. 1000000% taking advantage of an unknowing victim. Please I urge you, if you utilize this company in any way shape or form, first off DONT, but if you must, before going through with it.. do yourself a favor and seek a second opinion. Could be the difference in over a GRAND. DO BETTER CD AUTOMOTIVE !!!!!! Truly DESPICABLE. I hope we leaned our lesson to stop attempting to take advantage of customers, but after actually reading reviews (like I should have done the first time) that seems to be a pretty common occurrence and trend as to how you do "business". I Took my trike in for its 5000 mile service. I took it on Saturday when all service is first come…read morefirst serve, and they seem to hold true to that. I got there just a little before 8:00 and by 8:30 they had my trike in the shop. The service advisor was great, he kept me informed of any extra service my trike needed. Overall I'm happy with the service. At both my 1000 mile service and now my 5000 mile service, my trike runs and sounds better than before I bought it in. The service isn't cheap and that's okay, I don't have a problem paying for good service. The reason I'm giving 4 stars is because their wash job after the service is absolutely terrible. I keep my trike spotless, I clean it up after every ride. All the people I've seen that ride motorcycles do the same thing. When I got my trike today it was definitely dirtier than it was this morning when I brought it to them. It's like whoever washes the bikes uses a dirty rag and is quite possibly legally blind. In the future I'm just going to tell them to not wash my trike after service. I'll just clean it up when I get home, I do that anyway.

Back in 2018, I took it to Caliente to replace the ECM, no problem at all. Service was provided and I was back on the road. Last week I called to have it towed due to engine running erratically. Tow was set up and Vincent was great. Shortly after it was towed away, I got a call from George. He was very direct and and indicated the manage said "we are not touching that bike, it's custom." He went on to say we can't return it until Friday and someone will give you a call to confirm the time. To which I agreed and asked is it possible to diagnose it? His response was just as rude, we aren't touching it. Friday came and he once again came across a little sideways, but this time over voicemail. The driver is loaded and on the way. Nine voicemails left by the time I noticed due to being at work and in meetings. The last message stated "we need to connect and if we don't deliver today it will be after the weekend and we will have to start charging storage fee of $20. Poor service, unprofessional and a poor reflection of leadership to his crew. Next time ask the customer if the bike is custom and you'll avoid it all. Won't be a next time for me. Two stars only because Vincent was great. George...could use some training.
