I dropped my car off at 8am in my work parking lot. By 8:25am I had a call from them letting me know that it was completed. I walked back down to pick up my keys and pay. They had checked the oil, brakes, coolant, power-steering, tire pressure, washer-fluid, belts, air-filter (no pressure sales!), hoses, etc. They noted that I needed to get my inspection and registration renewed by the end of the month, and all for less than I pay at the local express-oil-change-rip-off stations. I cannot recommend this service enough. The most time-consuming part of this entire experience was walking the extra 5 minutes to my desk from the drop-off. It couldn't be any easier unless they snuck in at night to borrow your keys and did it while you slept, like a magical group of oil-change gnomes. They let me know that along with oil changes, they do other routine maintenance stuff like bulbs, belts, wipers, and other fluids. I would get charged something each and every time whether the same item was fixed or not just to look at the car. My relative ended up fixing that different problem before this AC problem. The problem is currently not happening and hasn't been happening since then I had my air conditioner replaced at this place. So the great price on air conditioning that I paid was supposed to be for the whole system. And now the freon has completely emptied out because of leaks that they want to charge me to fix when that should have been done when I had the air conditioning replaced. That was a previous to this already hot season back in the summer of 2024 when it was going to almost be fall when I wouldn't notice any leaks because I wouldn't be using my air conditioner much at that time. But this season when I needed it on our first hot day I turned my air conditioner on and needed to go 20 minutes across town to get somewhere in my car was not so I contacted them and took it in as soon as I could and all they did was empty out the freon for an hour and a half and put put it back in as I was sitting in my car in front of the bay thinking it wouldn't take very long. The whole time no one was staying right by my car working on it with me sitting there. And then they charge me for labor or whatever. I was told that there might be a leak or it's because the air conditioner hasn't been turned on..... I was pissed when I had to pay for empty Anna out Freon and putting it back in but apparently there's some sort of leak. And I was told that I could leave it there so they could look at it and I was like, NO. This is something that should have already been finished when I originally had the new Air conditioning installed. So that was a couple months ago and here I am again because a couple of days ago it was not cooling the car when I left from work. I went shopping and left the car on to see if it would cool as I was in the store for about 15 minutes. I came out and it was cooling the car. So I thought that maybe it was just going to take a while for a sensor to kick in and cool my car. However a week later today I left it running to see when the air conditioner would cool the car just today. It was still putting out hot air. So here I am having to think about going to another shop because they want to not stand behind there air conditioning repair. They would want to charge me because they didn't care about looking at the tubes that have a leak when I originally had them replace the air conditioner 8 to 10 months ago. So after much experience with the shop I decided that they didn't care about the whole system of air conditioning when they did the repair. It was a great deal but now they want more money to find the leaks and repair which does not come out to a great deal anymore. I would say the same thing about any other mechanic that would do this. And if it this would happen at any other repair shop, there would be the same complaint. I don't appreciate people trying to get money out of me when they were supposed to take care of making sure the air conditioner works efficiently and there's no leaks when I originally get the air conditioning replaced!

Not a repair I can do from home on this truck so it was off to Yelp Projects to get a quote for service on a worst-case scenario repair. Mark from Mendo Motorz contacted me back and did just that. I spoke with him on the phone and we went over what I tried and what it might be, and I was satisfied enough to have my vehicle towed in that afternoon. Knowing that my business depends on my vehicle running, they verified my suspicions before closing and Mark let me know that it would take a couple hours to fix come morning. Sure enough, it was ready before noon the next day, and considering a fuel pump replacement on my F150 requires dropping the fuel tank to do, it was a very quick turn around! The quality of the work was superb and communication was excellent the whole way through. The price for parts and labor was also well below some of the other quotes I was given which was only icing the cake! There is a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty on parts and labor, but I'm sure it won't be an issue. Top notch garage. I would recommend them to anybody.
