The former owners put white carpet in the main bedroom, right by a French door to the pool, hot tub room, and with several cats lol needless to say, it wasn't all white anymore. Justin and his brother removed almost all the stains and made it sparkling. The area rugs had been stored for over a year after a move, and they brought them back to life. And the tile, that was the biggest transformation! The grout looks fresh and new, and all stains in the kitchen and hot tub room are gone. Justin and his brother are always on time, friendly, and protect your walls and furnishings. They're responsive and communicative, and very competitively priced to boot! I know I had some tough stains to deal with, but I don't feel they put in the extra effort to try to get them out. I was able to remove some myself with a lot of scrubbing and strong detergent. Plus they completely ignored the corners of the room-the carpet had clearly not been touched. They literally rushed through the job and I think that is why they didn't meet my expectations.

I use a black light to find any stains on our oriental rugs. The patterns make them hard to see. I'd gone DIY on the stains in the past and just didn't have the energy to tackle it again From the first contact till Nick walked out our door, I was super impressed . He answered my call the same day, asked for details about the items, got me into the schedule quickly, called to confirm the day before, then again with an ETA on the actual day. He cleaned three oriental area rugs, and three sofas. I thought they were pretty clean to start--I was more concrete with hard to spot stains. One look at that black water in that tank and I was thanking my lucky stars for this guy. Now the whole house feels fresh and clean. Everything is brighter. On top of that, great pricing! This has been on my to-do list for over a month. What a relief--and a pleasure--to check it off and feel this satisfied. Gooo Nick!!

Eliiot has done wonders for our family carpets and we will be using them much in the future. Bottom line: these guys do it well for the right price. I highly recommend them.

It turns out....all the local buzz is true. Fairly decent prices with a pretty quick turn around, I handed in my two suits and shirt on a Tuesday and they were pressed and cleaned by Friday. Starch options are available (which, of course, I opted out of), and the place accepts tap-to-pay. I imagine that means I could have used Apple Pay, but the guy had the POS thingie facing him. And since I don't usually feel comfortable handing strangers my phone, I settled for just using my CashApp card. By the way, the guy who runs the place seems nice. We didn't exchange many words, but he seems approachable enough. If I ever need alterations done, I will more than likely return here. Locating them the first time was a bit weird. Because it's like...the entrance to the parking lot they're in is...recessed (?) a bit. Dunno if I'm explaining this right. But unless you've been here before, it takes some getting used to.
