I know I had some tough stains to deal with, but I don't feel they put in the extra effort to try to get them out. I was able to remove some myself with a lot of scrubbing and strong detergent. They are honest and upfront about their services and prices and have always gone above and beyond. If I have a problem, it gets fixed. And there isn't any hidden costs; they charge what they say they will and don't stop until the job is done right. As an owner of some expensive rugs, it's important that the proper care is taken. Starch options are available (which, of course, I opted out of), and the place accepts tap-to-pay. I imagine that means I could have used Apple Pay, but the guy had the POS thingie facing him. And since I don't usually feel comfortable handing strangers my phone, I settled for just using my CashApp card. By the way, the guy who runs the place seems nice. We didn't exchange many words, but he seems approachable enough. If I ever need alterations done, I will more than likely return here. Locating them the first time was a bit weird. Because it's like...the entrance to the parking lot they're in is...recessed (?) a bit. Dunno if I'm explaining this right. But unless you've been here before, it takes some getting used to.
