They did a great job and we were very impressed, getting up some things that we weren't sure could be done. They showed up on-time and ready to go. Vacuum, carpet brushing, pre-treat, steam clean, and all without that low-level residual odor we were used to. My wife didn't have any sensitivity reactions in the days after the cleaning, which was so pleasant. (Our prior company was supposed to be using no-scent, low toxic cleaning methods that still left a lingering odor.) We look forward to seeing them again next year.

Absolutely the BEST professional carpet cleaning services in existence. Erik and his staff were all…read moreexcellent. 5+ stars! Highly recommend! Was able to call and get an appointment within the same week (even during the holidays) and was quoted an affordable rate. Once Erik arrived- he made sure to keep his feet clean with a floor mat and booties. He measured the area of the floors that needed cleaning and also used a black light to check for pet stains and markings. Worked diligently for 3 hours to clean, stretch, and restore our carpets to practically brand new condition. The key with Safe n Soft is their expertise in concocting a cleaning solution specifically for your carpet and cleaning needs!!NOT just drenching your carpets in a solution and sucking the life out of them!! Once he was done, he cleaned up after himself and left no mess behind! The carpets dried within an hour after finishing and they dried soft (not hard and crunchy). Was also kind enough to leave us with a goodie bag containing his own spot corrector solution and a sweet treat. If you are looking for personable and professional carpet cleaning services- Safe n Soft is it! HIGHLY recommend!! Will be using their services again! Thanks Erik and Safe n Soft team!

Safe n Soft has cleaned my carpets a handful of times. The last time, I was not happy with their…read moreservice and expressed that to the company after they tried to charge me more than I was quoted and it resulted in me being pretty frustrated. I bought my own carpet cleaning machine to do the work myself after that and it's kept my carpet nice. Somehow, I stayed on their marketing list though, and got a text about a $50 off special last week. I confirmed via text (see screenshots) what the price would be ($355 with the discount) and decided to book to save myself the chores. When the guy got to my house he said "That will be $540." Uh, no. This is the second time they've quoted a price and then changed it on me. After several minutes on the phone with his boss, the employee came in and said "their prices had gone up but he would do it for $405 but can't give me the discount." I had arranged for pet care for my two dogs for this service. I asked him to leave. Truly, do not waste your time with this scammy company. Update after owner response: You can see in the screen shot I did not ask for anything special at all. I did not ask for a special method. I asked for the exact same service I have gotten each time I have used them and they CONFIRMED the price plus the discount. Their "accommodation of my schedule" was simply agreeing on an appointment time? Their positive reviews are a result of quite literal harassment of their clientele until they leave a review.

Terrence and his team arrived within the three hour window, were efficient, tidy, and professional. Overall very pleased with their service and with the coupon, it was well worth the price. I had hired a different carpet cleaner from Yelp and paid nearly $500 in an attempt to resolve a…read morecat urine odor problem. When the other Boise carpet cleaner failed, I called Go Green. They responded promptly. The service technician was professional, kind, and beyond helpful. Unlike the first carpet cleaning company, he used the black light he brought. Before we'd finished the first floor, it was apparent to him the cost of cleaning the carpets far exceeded the value of the carpets. The first company should have advised us of this at their pre-inspection. My sincerest gratitude to Go Green Carpet Cleaning for having the expertise and scruples to not accept a job that would not be in the consumer's best interest. The technician spent a great deal of time with me, even after determining the job would not be appropriate for them, continuing to check the house, giving advice and educating me. He suggested I go with hardwood floors, explaining how new carpet might not be a good investment of my money for various reasons that made a lot of sense (all that checked out with hardwood flooring experts I hired independently). It was obvious he knew so much more than the first carpet cleaner (the first provider has quite an impressive profile on Yelp and Google.) I could have been out even more money, but instead was sent someone I could trust. I can't thank you enough...I highly recommend this company, and if I ever need my area rugs or upholstery cleaned, I'd never consider any other carpet cleaning company...the technician drove to my home in east Boise and spent over an hour with me, and refused to accept any money for a service call or even travel expenses even though I tried to insist...total class act all the way around!!
