Corey's Auto Services…read more I read good review about Corey's Auto Service so I took my Honda CRV here for repair. I spent more than $2000 the last 5 months on this old car. They did quote me a better price for the alternator and battery back in January 2026. I end up need to take it back this month and cost me $1200 more for the water pump/coolant thermostat/drive belt tension replace. Bruce seems nice but I don't think he is as nice and professional as the review said. When I took the car in because the engine make noise, he said "leave it here and I will quote you tomorrow and it will be $140 or more for diagnostic" . He sent the quote the next day via text. When I called he just said the problem is in the quote don't even take time to explain the car problem and just brush me off. When I picked up the car, he just made me pay and say you all set don't even show me where the car is park so I can get it! Maybe they just too busy that they start having poor customer service! I don't think I would take my car back to this shop.

Brad pulls no punches and spends time breaking down the options - and this is what I do in my line of work to my clients - here are your options, here are the risks with with one, you make the decision that fits with your risk tolerance. Ended up having the whole transmission replaced and very happy with the work, not to mention they did some extra stuff to the truck and made a few more suggestions on things to keep in mind down the line. Prices were very fair, and they communicated really well with me about all the things going on. So good work, fair prices, good communication - and no upselling at all. What is not to like? Helpful on the telephone, I drove over here without an appointment and they noted that they were booked full, but would get to the car when they could. Since I wasn't traveling this week, it worked out. Kevin called me and sent a diagnostic analysis of the car and what needed to be done, what was recommended, and what would be optimal for longevity and performance. The cost was not impossibly high, and they're closer than the dealership in Roswell. Our car was done within a day. Kevin called me to give me a heads up. I have been driving it today and it started up like a dream. No more concerns about "battery saving power mode", or the other items we had done to avoid service again for an oil change 2 months from now. We got it all done and it was so easy I'd do it again. I cannot stress enough how frustrating and disappointing this experience has been. I brought my car…read morein THREE separate times for the exact same issue--a cylinder 2 misfire--and somehow, after all that time and inconvenience, the problem is STILL not fixed. Each visit meant rearranging my entire schedule, finding alternate transportation, and being without my car for days, all for absolutely no resolution. And not only that, one of the times out of the three visits I came to get my car it was filthy like they had left all the windows down or took it for a ride with a layer of pollen all thru out the car. What makes this even worse is the completely shady communication. Work was done on my vehicle without my authorization, and I was never given clear pricing upfront. I wasn't properly informed about what they were doing or how much it was going to cost until after the fact. That is completely unacceptable and honestly feels dishonest. Every time I tried to get answers, I got vague explanations and no real accountability. It felt like they were just guessing and charging me along the way. At no point did I feel like a valued customer--just someone they could keep bringing back without actually fixing the problem. I've wasted time, money, and energy, and I'm left with the same issue I started with. This place is disorganized, unprofessional, and lacks transparency. I would strongly caution anyone against coming here unless you're okay with repeat visits, surprise charges, and zero clear communication. And not only that I have spoken with the Audi dealership and another mechanic backing that what they have done is wrong and reinstating some of the things that G2 is "claiming is wrong with the car" just to come back for another visit and blow more money on the same problem for the 4th time they can't seem to fix. My friends and family will not be returning to G2 ever again after how awful and unprofessional this has been handled.
