My mother with dementia ended up going to an emergency room, and then immediately to a memory care facility. Regardless of the fact that we did not see this coming, extended family home care continued to bill for 2 weeks worth of services which was about 1,200+ only because they were not notified of cancelling services. We had two other home care agencies providing services and neither one of them had this unethical billing policy. On top of that, some of the caregivers did not seem to provide quality care. And also had inconsistent caregiving services, with some cancelling last minute or did not even had the right skill level to care for my mother.

He guided me through the questions and issues pertinent to each home. I selected a wonderful place for Mom! The assisted living home has room for 8 residents and is run by a fantastic couple who live there with their two children. Mom is happy there and I'm happy she is well taken care of by loving caring people. I would never have found this place on my own without Phil's help. Painted Rock Family Medicine was recommended by several people I know and trust. It happens to be very close to my office, which is extremely convenient. Their website is easy to navigate and I was able to look at the entire medical team. I was able to choose Darla who happens to be the founder and owner of Painted Rock. Unlike other doctor offices I did not have to wait weeks or months for an appointment. You can also upload information on their website to simplify the paperwork needed for their records. When I arrived for my appointment check in was simple and I did not wait more than 5 minutes to be taken back to a room. The medical assistant Danny was friendly and took all of my vitals. I met with Darla and did not feel rushed as I have at other doctors. Darla is personable, helpful and actually listened to my concerns. I had some blood work done and was informed of charges that would be additional from my annual physical exam. Based on my initial visit I am so happy to have found Painted Rock Family Medicine. They do take insurance and are there for treating you for health not just problems and pain.

Called Monday morning at 8:30 and was told "we will give you a call back when I speak to an MA"....do you think I ever received a call back? Called again that afternoon and the same rude lady explained how "really really slammed they were and it may be tomorrow before they can get to me" 10 minutes later Skyler called me to go over the results. I was told I'd be emailed the results so I didn't have to remember everything discussed over the phone...I gave it 4 business days and still no results in my possession. I called back this morning and same lady with the attitude "well sometimes it takes 2-3 days for us to get them to you" ......ok well it's now been four days ?? And it's actually been 3 weeks since my appointment and I've YET TO SEE ANY TYPE OF RESULT??????? Do better painted rock, you've lost my care. 2 stars for Skyler, otherwise would've given 1 star.
