I love this place! Shanna is always to excited to see me and makes me feel seen. My primary PT is…read moreHannah R. since I feel like I spent most of last year with her (over 100 visits). I had multiple knee surgeries last year. Without her I wouldn't have made the recovery I did. Her patient care skills are on point! She listened to me and helped me push when needed and helped me be ok with slowing down when needed. When I knew I'd need another surgery this year (shoulder) there was never a question I'd return to her care. I had a little hiccup with billing as well at no fault of the office. I recommend everyone contact their own insurance and then call the billing office to straighten up things.

This shows in how clean it is inside, how happy clients are, and the many awesome milestones this team helps people reach every day. Shanna at the front desk is amazing. Hannah sets the tone for the office to be a joyful place for people to get better. And I cannot say enough great things about Hunter, who was my PT. I have 2 herniated discs in my neck, and Hunter did an incredible job getting to know me, challenging me, and helping me progress until I "graduated" with plenty of knowledge and a lot less pain. We did a lot of work together, and we also had a great time. Even though I was working on my neck gains here in various ways, I also laughed so much with the whole team here every time. The hours that I spent here were some of the best hours of this period of my life. It really makes a difference to be in such a positive, supportive environment of people who are all cheering for and laughing with each other. The vibes are immaculate. Thank you to Hunter, Hannah, Shanna, and all of the patients who I spent a lot of time with here at RMSS PT. You guys are the best.

It has been extremely frustrating for my kids to build rapport and relationships with their providers and then they turn around and leave in anywhere from a couple days to a few months. We have been at Fyzical for three years now and nothing has changed. It makes me wonder if this is a toxic work environment or they aren't getting paid enough compared to other practices. Both raise eyebrows for me. Fyzical just called me this morning to tell me the providers I had schedule my kids with back in end of February are "no longer available" to work with my kids. If you get in with a good provider, don't leave, but know that the provider may leave.

They really were bothered that I was even there. To make things even more interesting, the owner and his young son were at the front desk as well and they basically just ignored everything that was going on. It was further complicated by the fact that my trainer called in sick and they didn't let me know until I was on my way. I'm about a 45 min drive away so this was definitely a bit of an inconvenience. They were able to get me in to see another trainer 45 mins later so I just waited in the lobby until my substitute trainer was available. She was good, but I felt like she was a bit new because she kept looking up the exercises we should be doing vs being more familiar with them off the top of her head. The facility is fine but a bit sparse. It seems like a family owned business so I don't want to rip it down too much. Perhaps it was just an off day. Plus the bill came to $85 (out of pocket) for a 45 min session which also didn't sit right with me. Unfortunately for them I changed to another PT therapist at another place and it's been going great.

In the interest of full disclosure, the owner of this place is a family friend, and I've only ever…read morebeen here for massages with Corrie (not the family friend)--not for physical therapy. Personality-wise, Corrie is the best. Massage time was like spending time with my best friend with whom I can talk about ANYTHING. Absolutely anything. She is funny, attentive, compassionate, and totally gets my sense of humor. The slight downside to this is that I have a hard time completely relaxing because I'm too busy having girl chat. Another thing this can affect is her schedule. She runs late more often that not, and my appointments were sometimes cut short 5-10 minutes. I guess it is possible to be too friendly. If she ran on schedule, perhaps scheduling a bit of a break between appointments so that everyone can get their full time without making the next person late, I'd probably start making the drive from Denver every so often to get my massage fix from her again because she is not afraid to hurt me (in a good way) and will focus on the areas I tell her are bothering me.

His deep tissue work on my chronic shoulder and neck issue is tops and I have long-lasting and effective results. His demeanor is kind and proactive and I consider him a member of my health care team -- and a friend. I have a physically challenging profession and he offers me suggestions in order to maximize the results of my treatment. The massage therapy offered by Corrie is an excellent complement to Rick's therapeutic approach. I would highly recommend Procare Physical Therapy to anyone experiencing pain with a desire to improve the quality of their life.
