The pictures tell a story about Harley's neck being cut while being groomed. I also noticed that his legs had some nicks right behind the shoulder. I paid the bill and put six dollars in the tip jar. Then when they brought Harley out they asked if I was going to give a tip. I guess all they care about is money. No one told me Harley was nicked they just took let me take them home I didn't notice it wound until two days later I thought it was a reflection of the red from his collar on his neck. After a vet bill and treating him with zinc oxide, cortisone and anti itch crème he is healed. They could've told me about his neck

I stopped in at the 2 1/2 hour mark of my pet being there because no one would tell me how long it was going to take, and the groomer had "left to pick her child up" I was told. Okay, what time should I come back? The lady there had NO idea what time to tell me. Then at 4 hour mark (the groomer apparently unaware I'd stopped by earlier and was told she'd left) tried to blame it on my dog being so matted Finally at 5 hours later I came back, got my baby and left. I've never experienced this kind of nasty attitude, length of time and, frankly, sub par, uneven cut in all my life. Spare yourselves.
