We placed a bouquet of yellow and blue flowers and we had to zip tie them together because we didn't want them to fly away. We went today and they took all his cars and for some stupid reason they took all his yellow flowers and left his blue flowers. They cut the zip ties and threw the zip ties on his grave. They discarded everything with absolutely no care. It was already a devastating loss in our lives and for them to treat my grandsons graveside like trash is ridiculous and utterly disgusting. We were planning on removing everything this Friday the 6th because they posted the next flower pick up was scheduled for March 10th through the 12th. They jumped the gun and they should have had the decency to wait a few more days and this disgusting gesture would've never happened. Very dissaapointed and sad. Dont come here if you're poor. its a lot cheaper to build a bon fire and…read morecremate the body in your own backyard instead of using the services here. if you're poor they use a program called Pauper Burial if you are using the cremation option. nothing is cheap here. you need to plan and look for cheaper methods of everything as much as you can before you are forced to settle for everything they have to offer you here. also it helps to always be in constant contact with them because they are busy almost all the time and have no time for poor people because its a rich man's world and poor people are forced to live in it and suffer the consequences of it. $1000 for a five minute viewing with the urns costing about $100+ each. even the death certificates aren't cheap and they also make you wait 8 weeks to receive them by mail. this place is a luxurious funeral home for a reason. they even give you the option of paying to put the ashes from the urn in yourself for free or you can pay them to do it for you. you're screwed either way. also remember to take everything out of your loved ones pockets and take away any personal property because it make get lost or stolen at some point. human lives and the deceased mean absolutely nothing to them because all they want is your money. also make sure the person in the coffin or the ashes you have are that of the same person.
