BEWARE! They will steal your money & you will get nothing in return. I worked with a principal of this company on getting a VISA for Brazil & found him to be shady and he didn't get the job done. However he didn't have a problem charging me up front (even though he said he wouldn't until the work was complete). I ended up having to drive to Houston to get my Passport back and go to the consulates office on my own. I am still waiting on a refund and plan to press charges if it's not resolved. I would NOT recommend using this company unless you want an extremely frustrating experience. I applied for Visa's for three co-workers. Once you have paid for the service and sent them your passports you will not be able to get in contact with them again. You can leave message after message and never get a return call. I did not get the Visa's on or near the date promised. Also, when I received my credit card bill I had an additional charge that I did not authorize of $600 to the Chinese Visa Office Houston TX. This was on top of the $900 I had already paid International Passports. I tried to contact them and of course I can not get anyone to return my call. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I would give this company a D-. I would beware of this company. My husband and I paid for expedited passport renewal services with this company 7 weeks before they were to travel out of the country. The representative (Ericka Hernandez) said it would take 2-3 weeks to get their passports. She would not return one phone call after they called and emailed several weeks later to ask about the status of their passport. One other person (John Chambers) kept promising the passports were on the way on 4 different dates by mail, hand courier, and fedex. My daughter called up the State Department and was told that they did not receive any passport applications for us. Even after telling the company this, they kept saying the passports were on on the way. Finally, a week before we were about to travel, my daughter was told that the passports had never been processed! My daughter had to file an emergency passport renewal for us at the Passport Office and we had to go to downtown Dallasdown to get our passports. Ericka met us at the passport office to return our old passports to us with no explanations or apologies. In fact, we never received any explanations or apologies from anybody in the company. We don't understand why they kept promising different delivery dates even they knew the passports were never processed. My daughter finally asked them for a tracking number and they couldn't give it to her. I hope nobody has to experience the frustration and anxiety that we did not knowing if were going to be able to travel out of the country. My wife and I dealt with John Chambers from this agency 2 months ago. At first, he was friendly and seemed helpful. Then, the mess started when someone from the San Antonio area called my wife's office stating that he got her and my son's passports. So, I called John who also tracked down, later on, my passport that was still in Houston! Our passports should have been mailed together! Then there were problems sending the passports to us from San Antonio through UPS. John did not want to be accountable for the UPS delay, although it was his company who mailed the passports to the wrong address on the first place! He also said the he would reimburse us in a few days for the money we spent to change our international trip. We got back from our trip after 10 days. No reimbursement. Then I contacted him, and he said that I should contact his boss to agree on the reimbursement; this should have been his responsibility. So, I contacted his boss, who never answered. When I asked John to give us a direct contact for his boss, he never answered. And I never heard from him again or received any of the promised reimbursement! In fact, I don't even remember any apologies from him. I agree this agency charges you upfront and gets your money. But when the process becomes a mess, the agency does not want to be accountable or rightfully compensate the clients. This agency is shady and will be reported to the BBB. read more

Horrible Experience! I needed an expedited passport and was told I would have it in 11-14 days. 28 days later, my application was never even processed. Was told 3 times I would be called backed to confirm appointments...was not called. Owner did not show up for our appointment this morning and did not schedule an appointment for me with the passport office as I was told he would. They did reimburse me their fees and I will have my passport today, but NO THANKS to IPV! read more

What seemed to be a company with ethics and decent customer service quickly deteriorated to slow response times, abrupt dialogues and the "principal" of the company hanging up mid-dialogue after receiving constructive criticism. Low class al the way around! read more

I just filed a report with the BBB regarding this company. We used them in March of this year to get a China Visa and were charged 3 times. Unfortunately, we didn't catch the error until our accountant was doing reconciliations a few months later. I immediately started emailing John Chambers using the email address we had used in the past. After several emails, I started calling and leaving voice messages and sending emails to other email addresses listed on their website. Nobody ever answered the phone no matter what number I called or which selection I chose at the prompts. This has been going on for 8 weeks now and I finally received an emailed response today. Supposedly, their company was sold over the summer, but they are still using the same website, phone numbers, emails, etc...they told me their "legal" was looking into whether they had a "moral" obligation to repay us and that I should remove my complaint to the Better Business Bureau today. My complaint is that THEY DIDN'T RESPOND TO A SINGLE EMAIL OR VOICE MAIL over a 6-week period. WHO DOES THAT? THESE GUYS ARE SHADY - DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO. read more
