We needed temporary storage for a…read morewhile and since this was close and had been commissioned with U-Haul we thought it would be OK to use. At the time we stopped there were no units open, so this made us believe things were good. They had units opening within a couple of weeks, so we were going to get one. We started to call them a week ahead of time, they stated the unit was cleared out but the owner still had the lock on and promised to have the lock off by end of week. Called again early the next week, and there is no record of our requesting the unit. They do not even know if the unit is available. Called two more times and the people are very unprofessional and they seem like they do not care about new customers.

I dealt with the owner Jerry and was not happy. I rented a small unit for my small motorcycle…read morecamper and was charged for 3 months plus a security deposit. My unit was not available to move into for move in for over a month. So I called to ask what was going on and Jerry gave me a larger unit for the same price but never reimbursed me for the lost month. I received a renewal notice with a huge price increase. That's when I decided to take my business elsewhere. I notified Jerry of my non renewal swept out all the wood dust from their co construction as asked. Then I waited 2 weeks for his inspection to receive my security deposit back, and I'm still waiting over 2 months now... :(
