Luke returned my call immediately and we set up a time to do the paperwork -- $57/month for a 10 x 20 unit. The whole process only took about 15 minutes, and the unit is wonderfully clean. There's a company-provided lock with a spot to add your own, so along with the 24/7 video surveillance, I don't have any concerns about security. The whole process was quick and easy, and since we live ten minutes away, it's easy to drop in any time to grab our stuff. No gate or code needed, just drive up to your unit and load or unload away! I'd definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of a little extra space.

You can do your own washing/drying or pay and the staff will do it for you. While you wait...there's free WiFi to use. Only thing I didn't like...I put $10 bill into the change machine expecting to get ones...nope, all quarters!

The staff there are incredibly friendly and helpful. When I inquired which dryers could dry my loads most efficiently, I was delighted that it could all fit in only ONE dryer and that it'd be dry in 40 minutes! The employee even offered my a coupon from a local ad and the cost to me for drying my laundry was $0. WOW! Incredible customer service!

Tables and chairs arrived as promised for our party of 100 in Green Lake. Were even able to accommodate (and save) me with linens with a last minute request. Impressed with the quality and condition of the rental equipment. Would use again, and highly recommend.

I called this business to see if they carried a battery for my Toro lawnmower. After talking with…read morethe person who answered the phone she verified that they had the battery and that the cost was around $125.00. My husband went to pick up the battery. When he arrived to purchase it the woman realized that she had made a mistake. My husband called me to check and see if we wanted to spend that amount. The cost was 295.39! That's a huge mistake. We ultimately purchased it and the billed us because my husband did not have the cash with him and then they were charging a 3% charge for a credit card. We needed the battery that day so he purchased it. I think it would have been fairer to offer a discount because we were given the wrong price and it was a 25 minute drive to get to their business.
