Petco offered a great $20 price for online ordering and pickup/ or shipping. I tried TEN times to order this online for pickup. During that time they sold out at this store ( sale ends tonight). Their site REFUSED to allow me to order online and pick up! It kept " pushing me" to have it shipped. In researching all these retailers I realized i was paying TOP dollar at Petco, and after careful analysis I can get this $$ variety of Purina food for 35% less by ordering from Chewy.com whose website was 1000% easier/ more professionally designed than Petco's. I have resisted using Chewy for many years, but the price difference was substantial and now stable after setting up an auto-delivery every EIGHT weeks! Staff at this Petco also all sit behind the counter waiting for us to walk all the way up to them for help.

I informed her I did not know the ingredients, but was recommended to me through another owner. Once I told her what I paid for a $50 lb bag, her response was, "We do not sell Walmart food here, that must be crap." I have been in the Customer Service industry for over 30 years, a first time Customer, and I am judged that I feed my loving animals crap. I shook my head and left. No recommendations for this feed supply, and if the vet next store works on this premise; will not recommend them either. Oh, but they do sell expensive, exotic food for the peeps that need to be catered too.

I called a day before and Andrew was kind enough to accommodate a grooming the next t day. I drove an hour to get to the shop and explained what we wanted especially for her face. I wanted a teddy bear cut look which is a more rounder cute shape leaving more hair around the face but maybe they don't know what that is? You would think they'd know being a grooming shop for so long. Even though our dog had a little matting under her throat area it wasn't for them to shave it all the way up and the sides of her face. I was left very disappointed and can't wait for her hair to grow out. I also noticed her skin very red on neck area. I appreciate that Andrew was nice and got down to our dogs level making her feel somewhat comfortable because she does get nervous I just wished he would had listened to my request and followed through. I don't even know who really cut our dogs hair because he said there are lady groomers in the back. Pics show when I got her groomed back in March of this year (look/shape on the face I wanted) compared to the narrow looking shape they gave her so sad. And the thing is I SHOWED him the pictures of her beforehand.
