The hot stone portion of the pedicure was also disappointing. The stones were barely warm, and the towels used during the service appeared dingy and worn rather than fresh and clean. What truly horrified me, however, was the lack of sanitation practices I witnessed. While cleaning my toes, the technician rinsed the tools in the dirty pedicure water that my feet had been soaking in and then returned those same tools to his clean workstation. Seeing instruments cleaned in used pedicure water and placed back with supposedly sanitized tools was extremely concerning and raised serious questions about hygiene and infection control. A pedicure should be a relaxing, clean, and safe experience. Unfortunately, this experience was none of those things. Due to the technician's behavior, the poor quality of the service, and the serious sanitation concerns, I will not be returning.

They filed the nail down so much that they broke through my nail and hit the skin underneath and made me bleed! YES-it was painful! Worst part- the woman tried to keep going- filing the same nail! Not only did they not apologize- they didn't even stop to make sure I was okay or atleast take a moment let me wipe the blood away. The women pretended to not see it and hope I didn't realize! I had to specifically ask for a tissue and band aid and then when I complained on how ridiculous of a job it was- another lady came over, put some glue on top and said "it'll be fine tomorrow, it's not too bad!" WHAT?! I'm sorry I wasn't aware that drawing blood while doing your customers nails was such a normal experience here when I stepped into the salon or I would have run the other way! I have to say that I was pleasantly delighted by both the staff and the salon. The salon doesn't look like much from the outside but don't let it fool you! It's very cute, modern and clean(very sanitary). The staff was super personable and and very accommodating. They had a great selection of color choices and offer gel, dipping powders and laquers. The only issue I could see is that the staff is currently very small and walking in without an appointment could be a challenge. Highly recommend!!!
