Georgia RV Sales - 2010 Keystone Sprinter

Georgia RV Sales

The title never was sent to the bank. Well, going back to 2016 one of the owners, Austin, went the next day and cashed the cashiers check for $11, 534.00. Little did I know I stepped into a nightmare of a camper. On the way home with the camper, which was a 2 hour drive, cars were trying to tell us to pull over and we couldn't quite understand why. When we finally pulled over the siding on the camper was literally flying off and hitting other automobile windows. Thankfully there was an exit and a Wal-Mart. We bought tape to patch up what had flown off which was a lot. I probably spent around $150.00 just on tape. I was disgusted by the fact that I just paid almost $12,000 for a camper that was literally coming apart at the seams. I took the camper back immediately that week and left it in their parking lot. I demanded it for it to be fixed. Tim, another owner, which did not own the camper, signed an agreement that they would fix the camper to my favorable inspection. When I came back almost two weeks later we had to drive to Tim's house to pick up the camper where there were workers still working on it. I reluctantly left the driveway with the camper and it still wasn't fixed right. There was water damage that I discovered later when we had a torrential downfall of rain. I ended up spending around $2000.00 to get the roof fixed and the inside wall beside the bed. I do not recommend buying from either salesman. Tim is at Georgia RV outlet 601 Grassdale Rd, Cartersville, GA 30121. Once they sold me the camper they were very rude and disrespectful. They have no regards for the customer. They are definitely scammers, liars, cheats, and thieves.

With hotel costs constantly increasing and lack of livability in a hotel I decided to purchase a camper. I shopped around and went to five different dealers, no one made me feel like a priority like Open Roads did. Monte was absolutely phenomenal and very knowledgeable also being very accommodating to my needs and concerns. I'm green to camping and this is going to be a second home for me while I'm working. I will forever come back here especially to work with Monte when it's time to upgrade down the road.

1 Star Absolutely…read moreunacceptable customer service. Before driving 30 minutes to Open Roads USA, I called ahead specifically to discuss the units I wanted to see. The sales manager assured me, "Oh yeah, the units you requested are right out front." I even asked him to please let Art, the salesperson he assigned me to, know that I was on my way. I arrived--and Art had absolutely no idea I was coming. Then I learned the units I had specifically called about apparently weren't available for me to see after all. When I confronted the sales manager, his response was essentially, "Oh, my bad. I tried to text you to let you know." Interesting, because I never received a single text. I did exactly what a serious buyer should do: researched their inventory, identified the units I was interested in, called ahead, confirmed they were there, told them I was making the drive, and even asked that the salesperson be notified. They failed at every step after that. What bothered me most wasn't simply that the units weren't available--it was the arrogant, dismissive attitude and complete lack of respect for a customer's time. I was there prepared to purchase an RV. Instead, they wasted an hour of my day between the drive there and back because apparently confirming inventory and communicating with their own salesperson was too much to ask. If you're considering making a special trip to Open Roads USA, I strongly recommend confirming everything yourself before you waste the drive. My experience gave me absolutely no confidence that they value a serious buyer's time or business. Needless to say, I'll spend my money somewhere else. You should also!
