I have had three cars worked on here and have been on average charged excessively for work completed. My mom who turns 80 in November took her car here for a thermostat replacement on a 2009 Saturn. They charged her $113 for the $15 thermostat and $400 for two hours of labor. You mean to tell me that a third rate mechanic in Pueblo makes more an hour than most doctors and lawyers. They also had my older brothers car in for a job quoted him a price and when he voiced how relieved he was at the price because a rival shop had quoted a much higher price ( I know my brother is not the smartest) they charged him a different price closer to the rival shops quote because there was a "misunderstanding" of the original quoted price. These guys are just like any other shop in town. Best to go to someone with some commitment to customer service.

Several people recommended Nordics, so I gave them a call to see if they could do an oil change and a transmission fluid service. They got me scheduled right away. I dropped my car off one morning, and later that afternoon they called to let me know that their supplier had delivered the wrong transmission fluid. Instead of cutting corners, they explained that Audi requires a very specific fluid and that they were not willing to install anything other than the correct one. They asked if I would be okay bringing the car back once the proper fluid arrived. That level of honesty and attention to detail really stood out to me. Unfortunately, a lot of shops may not have cared and would have just gone ahead with the wrong fluid. Nordics clearly puts doing the job right ahead of convenience. As soon as the correct fluid came in, they called me and completed the service without issue. This experience showed me that they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. At the end of the day receiving our car. Worse off. Then, when we dropped it off at this shop A to Z Auto Repair, our car was put on the street.
