Eventually after dealing with her combative nature , I asked to speak to the owner. The owner was very nice and apologetic, and I informed her how her employee was treating me. I then ended the conversation with the owner and I told the employee that I did not appreciate being talked to in this manner and that her customer service skills were lacking. She then said she needed me to come to the back to get one of my dogs because she didn't want to deal with him. I then had to go in the back and bring my dog to the car. When I returned to get their food and belongings she didn't even hand them to me, she just had them lying in the front room. I have never had any prior issues with the owner or Rachel who both do great with my dogs. I will not be returning to Howland Pet Resort if this rude employee continues to work there.
