I highly DO NOT recommend this location for auto insurance. 1. Daniel started my policy canceled my policy the very same day WITHOUT notifying me. It was not until I received a letter in the snail mail advising me that the agent had canceled my policy with no further explanation. 2. Ridiculously high broker fees, go somewhere else! Daniel overcharged me a $310 broker fee (a ridiculously high amount compared to the average fee of about $100 or so). Red flag for taking advantage of customers' circumstances. 3. I unknowingly drove for 9 days without insurance due to their IRRESPONSIBLE and CARELESS staff. They have yet to refund me the money they were so quick to take. The irony of this insurance company selling insurance baffles me. They don't even tie their loose ends, I wouldn't trust them with my car or anyone elses. BE WARY OF THEIR ARBITRATION CLAUSE, THIS MINIMIZES THEIR LEGAL LIABILITY. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!! UPDATE: Yvonne took my call on 04/13 and advised me my policy "should" be active with an unsure tone, I advised her to double-check my account and if it is canceled, keep it canceled. Yvonne lied and said she would give me a callback, which she never did. Sameday Insurance did not reach out until I posted this review and now they are trying to claim the policy's cancellation date is 04/18 and holding my refund hostage until I sign those papers. My only hope of getting my $623 downpayment back, half of which went to Daniel's insanely high broker fee, is through my bank or perhaps small claims court. read more

Alright guys, so I had this insurance a year ago. I'd like to say service was good, insurance is average because it's from Infinity. You can't expect much. However, it was good for the time being. I finally decided to get Mercury Insurance along with my homeowner's insurance. Tell me why I have received a million calls from this number 562-869-4121. I have answered and told them I am not interested and yet they continue to call me and harass me by saying, "we have notification from DMV that your insurance is canceled", how is that even a thing! of course that is a lie because I have insurance. This is the worst place To get your insurance. They get you to sign the papers with lies saying they are going to get you better prices ones you turn a certain item in and then they won't help you. They made me pay over 500 dollars and I was only insured for about 6 days and only gave me back 140, and that's because the actual insurance refund me for the days it wasn't used. I was referred by State Farm which doesn't compare at ALL ... I am currently taking them to small claims as they refuse to let me speak with the corporate office about this issue. They canceled my policy twice due to fees not being paid on time (because they didn't actually set up anything). I had to reinstate my policy and pay more because of that. I jumped ship to another agent, and three years later they still text me about insurance. Often from different numbers and names, all claiming to get me started with cheap insurance. I'm not an aggressive person by nature and I NEVER write reviews, but I've had it with this service. It's been a headache to consistently block numbers. I've had nothing but issues with this company. Do not get a quote from these guys unless you don't mind having random numbers calling and texting you trying to get you to get insurance from them. Even if you do get insurance with them, they'll STILL harass you, it's so annoying! The people who work there are not clear with the information they give you, I was told by Jesse I would be billed at the end of the month for insurance, but the next bill that came was in the middle of the month. I contacted the insurance company directly and they told me that is the day I will be charged. Why did he tell me the end of the month then? It must have been the INSANE hundreds of dollars broker's fee they charge, wish I had read the fine print. Also, I went right when they opened and this Jesse guy was WAY too talkative and alert for the morning. He was really fidgety at his desk and kept sniffing. PAY A LEGIT COMPANY A FEW MORE DOLLARS. AVOID THESE PEOPLE. First off I want to say that even when I have bad service somewhere I normally don't ever give anyone a hard time or give them a negative review, but after today they deserve this. BTW Everyone rating them 5 stars is doing it to enter their weekly $100 raffle... I wanted to cancel them back in January but the day they sent me the cancellation form I was in a car accident. Fast forward I did not cancel due to the open case. So on 5/29/17, I signed the CANCELLATION form and sent it to them so they wouldn't do the whole "automatic renewal" on 6/16. I got a new insurance late MAY 2017. So everything was "completed" and I was "done" with SAMEDAY....well on 6/16/17 guess what?? They charged me $221 and I called them and they said it would take TWO WEEKS to get a refund...TWO WEEKS!!!!! So I filled a claim with my bank and got my money back ONLY, because of my bank. So just when I think its all over with, guess what happens today? (which was never even the day I got a withdraw) 7/7/17 they withdrew another $221....I call them and they said that needed something from me to fully CANCEL, but they FAILED to tell me that when I cancelled 5/29/17. Now itll take another 2 weeks to get the refund, my bank has a stop payment for this company now and I suggest for anyone who is cancelling to do the same. Also it seems that everyone who works here is INCOMPETENT. Everyone was transferring me all over the place. Anyways guys I originally went with them, because they were like $17 cheaper a month than a LEGIT company and I paid for that. It is bad service, I hope the owner reads these and does something to 1. Fix this problem. 2. Open a different business.
