We had a reply back within an hour and had arranged for them to come pick it up that afternoon. Keep in mind this is just before a snowstorm and they also a plowing service so they were busy. They had it repaired and brought back to us in less than 48 hours and just before another snowstorm coming this weekend. Bought a tractor he delivered it and told me he went through it oil, plugs, filters etc. I told him I needed it for snow he told me it runs great and in great condition any problems let him know. I called the local mower shop to have them check it out on 4/24/26 the day after I bought it. He couldn't fit me until 2 weeks later, 2 weeks ( so just about 4 weeks now not quite) the local guy calls me to tell me the tractor was in a fire, the engine swapped out and there is water in the engine oil.Not good so I called True who had several responses, I must have left it out in the rain, he doesn't know anything about it, it is an As is sale. He proceeded to send me a text and wanted to talk to my local guy.my local guy wants nothing to do with him feels he gives small engine repair guys a bad reputation. i wanted him to work with me but he just did want to be accountable and play the blame game.

One of the local tire store owners recommended them to me. They were spot on with this reco. They took their time with my vehicle. They first diagnosed it and even had me under the vehicle that was up on the lift to show me exactly what the problem pipes were. They recommended aluminum piece of pipe replacement just before the muffler. He then found another problem spot coming off of the engine after the catalytic converter which he suggested using a section of stainless steel which was more expensive than the previous pipe. I accepted his recommendations and he commented with the repairs with his partner. They really took their time as I sat and watched. They were meticulous and very methodical while doing their work and bending pipes to work and fit perfectly. They spent over an hour doing this work and welding. They even fabricated new brackets to hold the muffler up because the original brackets were rusted through. They did an excellent job and even gave them a $20.00 tip because their work came out so great. Job well done by true craftsmen. They are true professionals and all around good people. I'm sure I'll be back for other work in the future. Thank you thank you so much for your excellent, skillful, quality work you did for me. You're amazing.

The Jamaican slim shady that runs the shop did not have the color I wanted in stock he told me to order 3 pounds of it which i did and was 60$ from prismatic . I dropped off my wheels and the 3 LBS of gold powder slim shady calls me 4 days later says wheels are done I go there to pick up and the rims where total crap the red can be seen throu the gold and the adhesive tape that's used on the wheel weights was still on the wheel. This tells me he never sand blasted the wheels there was absolutely no prep done I showed him how bad the wheels were the Jamaican slim shady didn't care fix or resolve this problem. I Called the owner he said he would fix the wheels and make things right. wheels sat there for a full week I called to find out what was up they said you can pick them up I'm not going to do anything with them. I took my wheels to a more professional cleaner place to have slim shady HACK job fixed I found out it only takes 1 pound of powder to do 2 wheels. This place is a dump and they are hackers ripping people off every way possible and the owner enables it

I had no way of transporting my snowblower to his shop so he offered to pick it up the same day and return it when the work was done. He was able to diagnose any issues that there was and also made any recommendations that were needed. The pricing was very reasonable. It's a small shop so only cash or check is accepted. I am very pleased with the service I got and will definitely be calling Steve again in the future.
