I also noticed the trolley line goes by the street as well. It's also in a craft area with many stores on both sides of the street that are fun to explore. They had an adorable children's area for books in the front and an awesome selection of fiction, thriller, romance and sci fi. I ended up picking up two new books for my TBR pile. Lastly they have a great free map of all the crafts and artisan shops in the area right below the cash register. Wonderful experience!

The building is old and a bit rickety, but it has a charming, rustic character that fits the area. There was a nice variety of unique items to browse, and I ended up purchasing one thing that caught my eye. That said, I did feel that many of the prices were higher than I expected. However, considering it's located in a popular tourist destination, that's not entirely surprising. Even if you don't plan to buy much, it's still a fun place to stop, look around, and enjoy the atmosphere.

This shop with a few exceptions is not my thing, my tunnel vision focus had me walking the aisles looking for things I like or things that I collection, sure I stop and enjoy some interesting items and they make me remember things from my past and they make me smile but they aren't things I'd buy. This shop's staff was very friendly and constantly adjusting and straightening the items displayed, I don't know if this was out of boredom or their way of keeping an eye on their investment - there are thousands of smalls here, lots of souvenirs and trinkets as there should be, this is a mega-tourist area and these types shops are necessary. I didn't see it during my visit here but I can imagine the joy and smiles this place gives to the kids that enter looking for that special keychain or refrigerator magnet that will be part of the memories from their family vacation - it's important that they have access to those things. I didn't make a purchase here, although there were a few items of interest and I liked the fact there were a few televisions playing videos of sights of interest in the surrounding area, these were displayed in the mist of crafts that are associated with what was being broadcasted (genius marketing). We waited a few minutes and they opened. We were able to get to see the pottery items and to purchase some as well. The gentleman behind the counter was super friendly and thankful for our purchases.
