Do not use this company! Chose them bc they are a "small…read morefamily business." Made reservation for two houses (via brother who booked for sister while out of town) and turned out we were outside of her coverage area. Ruth (the sister), was not happy, however she honored the reservation (which we appreciated). She arrived in a very unhappy mood. The kid with her never spoke or acknowledged me. Both acted annoyed and put out that they were even here. Following service of one home (mine), invoice was signed as satisfied. However, upon the drying of the other home (my moms), red clay stains were still very present (see photos). Sent text messages with photos to Ruth hours later which were ignored. Called next morning and Ruth argued with me and proceeded to complain about the entire service call (out of her area, more than expected, etc). Upon asking her to review photos and come re-clean one stained area, she refused. Asked her if she cared about customer satisfaction to which she scoffed at and continued to argue complaining that, "Are you telling me that your mom can't tell if her carpets looked good or not while I was there"? Once again, complaining about her customer instead of seeking to make things right and redo the one area which was clearly not sufficiently cleaned. While my phone accidentally died during the phone call, subsequent calls to Ruth went unanswered. Left message requesting resolve of stains. No response. Will not ever do business with nor will I recommend this business to anyone.
