Not only do they say they attempt delivery, when our security cameras prove they never entered the parking lot, they also say items were delivered and signed for by people that are not even alive any longer. Complaints to Fedex corporate make no difference. They don't seem to care that their brand is being tarnished by a local route owner/driver. The very least they should do is provide proper training and perform drive alongs to try and fix some of these problems. I tell every business owner I know and do business with to stay away from using FedEx because the local FedEx Ground service is unreliable.
