They have consistently called me before tentant arrival day to confirm if they are scheduled. I hate to say that I haven't done the best job this summer being on top of our tenant schedule. By them being diligent and proactive in checking with me each week, they help me ensure that a cleaning is not missed. Last thing I will add is that when we were misinformed by the agency of an upcoming rental, she was able to send in her crew last minute, later for us to find out we had no tenants.
