Jennifer could not have been more courteous, professional, efficient and friendly. I know that the seller of my condo asked them to come out and check things out, since he hadn't had the gas on, and they were out promptly and got the work done quickly. I'll keep my fingers crossed that any future experiences are as good as signing up was today. Maybe the new accounts woman could teach some patience and courtesy to other departments?

We are currently being…read morebilled for some one else's gas consumption and try as we might they will not budge and admit any kind of blame on their part. We have even offered to pay half but they will not negotiate. This is what happens when a business has a monopoly, they cease to care about customers. You would think we owed them thousands. It is in fact $43+change. I would recommend to anyone who has had, and is currently having problems with Cascade, to go to social media and make your voices heard. This is the only way to make these companies take notice. We are seniors and my husband is disabled. We do not need this stress in our lives.
