    Fluff Head Sour Beer

Love visiting here when I come home. It's a gorgeous space surrounded by country. I love sour beers and they have several to choose from. They also have pizza which I haven't tried yet but it smells good. Everyone working there has been really friendly as well. The Fluff Head Sour will turn your tongue blue.

Corona Hideout Middle of freaking nowhere I'd say check it out Not quite the middle of nowhere. You are like fifteen to twenty minutes from the boomtown of Sioux Falls, but you will definitely feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. I was the first customer of the day to arrive. Had been creeping in my vehicle for a good ten minutes waiting for the doors to open. They quickly sent the kids away and out upon my entry. Props. Briefly chatted with the owner and the owner's doting mother. Nice people. They specialize in fruit and sour beers. Both the Apricot Peach and Raspberry were really good. I would imagine the rent here is little to nothing. Brewery on farmland. I think they would be a hit in a bigger area. Sioux Falls or Minneapolis could use a Sour only (or sour heavy) brewery like Homestead in Valley Springs.

Great beer, came for a cooking class had a great experience. Servers were helpful and quick.

    Hop field

Great find off the beaten path- friendly help, good beer, and quiet location featuring something from the 'farm' in each brew. Enjoy their few, but varied brew options while wandering through the hop 'field', hanging on the large patio out back, or inside. We were fortunate to be there for a beautiful summer sunset.

We looked this place up from several hundred miles away and it turned out to be a great stop. We went for an otherwise boring sausage pizza, but man was that amazing. Super crispy and delicious. The other combinations sounded equally amazing though. And the beer options are also great.

There is a limited menu to pick from, which is nice. I didn't order any food. In addition, the brewery is within walking distance to several restaurants. I arrived around 7 on a Wednesday night. There were 3 of FB's beers on tap. Unfortunately, some of their other beers were tapped out. I'll just have to visit again to be able to try others! The bartenders were friendly. The bartender offered me jalapeños to add to their jalapeño honey beer. Nice addition to the Worthington community! It's about a 20 minute walk (walking fast) from the Holiday Inn. I had the Paycheck Jalapeño Honey Wheat Ale featuring Laker Honey and Worthington Farmers Market Jalapenos! I also had the Down the Rabbit Hole, which is a brown ale, & their Citra IPA.

Staff are friendly enough though not the most informative or personable encountered & I like the brewery itself. I love that they have a cheese fridge, meaning they're probably aware cheese & beer go GREAT together. They do allow samples, tho you (I) feel pressured to pick & get out of the way for the next person to order. This is a place that I need just accept being "that girl" to sample before ordering, even if it's something in my preferred categories. It just seems to be about a 50/50 shot as to hit or miss. Of 20 brewery visits, this was the only one that had a DNF beer. We agreed 1 of the 2 selections was a total loss & dumped it. Since it was bogo, no financial loss and we weren't upset by it. It was simply a miss. That said, the other selection was good (50/50 eh)

Would like to come back and try the beer, had some interesting flavors for sure
