Eventhough Heith was busy, he helped us out in a jamb. His guy showed up on time, communicated his arrival window, and did a great job, and did it without wasting any time. We are in the middle of a remodel, and had our inlaws coming for a long visit, so this really made a huge impact on our holiday. In addition throughout the process it has been frustrating that contractors leave a mess I guess they expect the homeowner to clean up after them. NOT the case. I didn't even had to ask the gentleman that came to do the work, he cleaned up his mess completely, and was in and out, and you wouldn't know he was there. They were very reasonably priced. I don't have a single negative comment I could possibly leave. Top notch contractor! I would HIGHLY reccommend them

Not only did Kilburn Construction repair the Hardy Board and underlying plywood, but they also brought the entire area "up to code." It looks better now than when we purchased our home. Polite, neat, and efficient, they left no trash or debris as they were doing their work. Chris is so knowledgeable he corrected additional problems we acquired from our original builder and gave us solid advice for our future painting project. Trevor was also so very polite and a great worker as well. If truly care about your home and want to maintain it, you need to call Kilburn Construction. They may not be a big company, but they are the Best!!!!!

HOW does it go almost double and his excuse was that his partner didn't want to do the work for that amount. What a great waste of time. They pulled a permit like they were supposed to but the address was wrong. Workmanship was good…read more They gave a five year workmanship warranty. The sealing around the vents needed improvement, which they did. The quality of the shingles are also good with Owens Corning Warranty. They started the project as soon as they stated. However, the skipped a day and went to another project without letting us know. Then they showed up late the next day. Communication was challenging: no answer most of the time, had to leave numerous messages. The pricing was good overall but they charged $60 for a 2X4 when we did not even use the 3 sheets of plywood included in the contract. It was difficult to get completion photos from them but finally got them.

Update: He didn't bother to show up to court either so I just won a default judgement against him.read more
