My eating habits, while generally "good", had slipped and I was feeling badly about my shape and health overall. Then I started training with Simon 4x a week. Having Simon there to show me new exercises, to coach me along and to push me to push myself was just what I needed. No more excuses, no more moping around the gym doing the same old routine I was used to and that had become so boring that I stopped. He challenges me to try new things that I would never think of on my own and that push the limits of what my body can handle in a good way- motivating me to get better and better at the things I find most diffcult. And while it's always a great workout, it's always a lot of fun too! Training with Simon has impacted not only my fitness level, but the entire way I live my life in a healthy way each day. Unfortunately, as soon as I opened the door, I was hit with the strong odor of a synthetically fragranced plug-in. Due to the ill-health effects of such an insidious chemical deodorizer, I had to cancel my appointment on the spot. But first, I requested the staff unplug and air the place out so I could try again in a few weeks. The kind CMA unplugged the dispenser, but the air and environment were already saturated with the chemical residue. I don't feel like the CMA took me seriously as she had a mocking expression on her face and a similar tone to her voice. That said, she was most kind on the phone leading to my appointment. I rarely write Yelp reviews, but I had to let others in the SF community know that this center, a place that purports to promote health, has toxic unhealthy air from a product with known neurotoxins in it. I wish it was just the irony that gets me here, but I'm left with unpleasant symptoms from today's nasty exposure to this place and need to take extra measures to recover.

The situation ultimately ended with a form-letter notice that the clinic would no longer continue care. In my case, "patient safety" was cited as the reason for discontinuing treatment. While safety should always be the priority, it appeared to be used here in place of typical follow-up measures such as dose adjustment or targeted lab evaluation during active symptoms. What is most concerning is not that treatment required adjustment--this is common in hormone therapy--but that there was no meaningful attempt to isolate variables or collaboratively manage the response. Patients considering TRT should be aware that this type of therapy often requires individualized dosing and careful follow-up. In my experience, that flexibility was not demonstrated. For example, the first thing you see when you walk in are huge clouds made out of cotton balls hanging from the ceiling. Then, they stick you in a sauna with a suit on for an hour and don't even have water available or ice and they provide a skimpy towel while sweat is everywhere. Furthermore the oxygen session was also terrible. At least two of the machines failed to work and the water had artificial colors and looked like they had been sitting there for a long time, yuck. The foot detox was the best part, but even that was disappointing when they gave brown paper towels to wipe your feet when you're done. Since I purchased two sessions with this Groupon, I attempted to go back and brought my own supplies, with the idea that I'd ask for more time with the foot detox and minimize the sauna and just avoid the oxygen. But of course they were double booked and didn't know who did it or what to do, so I left. I wrote a note to Noreen, the owner, to call me to resolve and she just didn't bother. So don't bother with this place, it's not worth it and I found the extreme time in the sauna actually dangerous.

They wanted to charge me full price just for doing some paperwork. According to them they talked to the Doctor Fletcher Christopher, called me back and told me the total amount would be $200. The same auto pilot answer they had given me before. That is what they charge for the Immigration Medical Examination anyways. They take advantage of the people's need to get this things done. This is obviously a business to him, talking over the phone with this people was an awful experience. Made me lose my time.
